His diverse abilities as well as years in servicing the community made it a no-brainer. I left a message on his website late that evening and received a prompt response to set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He was very thorough in our options and outcomes with absolutely no pressure. I was very skeptical at first at their ability to be able to get our 40-year-old carpet clean. He was very reassuring and began work immediately. I watched him perform his work and was amazed at how clean the carpet was coming. By the time he had finished, the carpet looked and felt brand new. In no time at all the carpet was clean and dry. The fact that this is a veteran owned business And that he did such a thorough job assures him my repeat business. This is the second time I have used Dryex to clean my carpets and couches.  Both times Michael and Blanca have been very knowledgeable and professional.  Michael was able to remove discolored spots from my couch, even though I didn't know the source,  without any harsh chemicals.  The team is great to work with.

This is the spot to go ! Drove across town to come here! When it comes to laundry mats , you expect them to be clean and this place had to be one of the cleanest if not cleanest laundrymat I have been too.
Family run which is great to know your supporting their businesses. The family was on staff if you needed any help, the wife assisted us with the big commercial machines and helped instruct us with all our needs. The machines are top notch and very well taken care off. We were able to take care of our laundry very efficiently and fast.
As for keeping you busy during the wait , they have on site vending machines and enough TVs to keep you entertained, also have supply center for your materials if needed . They also have on site restrooms !
They're located on a nice location on main Street so you have enough to keep you busy , found out one of our favorite coffee shops and bakery was down the st and close enough for a outdoor stroll.
Very well kept as well, also have water fountains . Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming here again. It's worth the drive !!!

You have to buy a laundry card to use the brand new washers and dryers! They have supplies here and a payment center that gives you the card. Less than 1 star because they ruined a beautiful 225.00 dollar blouse. Whatever they used to clean the fabric  resulted in the custom embroidered button covers melting off the buttons. Unfortunately, it was not possible, but he apologized profusely all the same. My husband's suit came out perfectly, so I just took the opportunity to buy myself a new dress. 😉. Lol. But his effort meant a great deal to me, and I will absolutely be going back in the future.

Nice folks. I had a special anniversary coming up so I brought two tops in to have one repaired and one altered. This was the first week in June. I was told that they were backed up and he couldn't have it done right away. I told him that was ok because I didn't need it until July 24. I called on the first week of July to make sure that the repair top would be ready by the 24th. I called several more times and was assured that it would be ready. I didn't receive any calls about my items. Finally, I called July 19th and the 23rd. He couldn't remember what I dropped off. Then said he had it at home where they work on alterations. I again was told that it would be ready. He said they would call. No call. I called on the 24th and he said he had to go home and get the items and would call me when ready. At 2:00 p.m. I called again and was told they would be ready in an hour. Finally I got there at 4:00 and my items were ready. The only reason I brought my items there was because I wanted to support a local mom and pop business. After everything that happened I was still charged nearly $20 for having elastic put in sleeves and alteration on a top which was sewing up some seams on the side and top shoulders. I thought at least he would apologize for taking so long and not communicating. I didn't expect a discount but I expected an apology. Instead I apologized for all of the problems that we're going on and he said oh that's okay. Needless to say I won't be using this dry cleaner anymore I'll just go to the one in Aberdeen. He's a very kind man so it's not easy to leave this type of review. It should never have taken 7 to 8 weeks to finish.

We needed a queen sized comforter dry cleaned and took a chance on this local cleaner.
Very impressed with their quality and efficiency of service. We had different guests using this comforter two weekends in a row and Economy did a fantastic and timely job for us each time. Will definitely return next time we need dry cleaning done!

Reasonably priced, helpful and pleasant customer service, and the suit and evening gown came out beautiful. It was a last minute need with a quick turn around for HoCo activities. Will definitely use this service again when we need it.
