Ms. Kamran at the Arkansas Fashion School recommended I bring it to Freeze to see what they could do to save it. When most people would write you off as "its just a dress, calm down," the lady at the front desk took time to tell me what they would try and eased all my stress with her kindness. I brought Freeze Drapery Cleaners a pair of drapes that had been stained and asked them how confident they were that they could get the stains out. They told me they were pretty confident, and so I let them attempt to clean them. When I went to pick them up, the stains were unchanged AND there were NEW TEARS in my drapes. They expected me to pay full price for these drapes that were now in worse condition than when I had dropped them off. The manager told me I should have known that they were at risk for tearing due to "sun damage," and that I should have known it was unlikely for the stains to come out -- ALL OF THIS INFORMATION WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE UPFRONT, when I originally asked how confident they were the stains could come out. Had I known the risks to cleaning the drapes and the fact that the stains were NOT likely to come out, I would not have let them clean them! I declined to pay for these now worse drapes, and I asked to speak to the owners. They did not call me. I left several additional messages and came by the cleaners in person a few times to try to speak to the owners, and they were never available nor did they return my calls. I sent the owners a letter via certified mail expressing my concerns that if they do not contact me, they will be hearing from an attorney. Again, no response. We will be hiring an attorney to address their damage of our drapes as well as their dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

Plenty of washers and dryers available! They have 2-75 lb washers and 2-55 lb dryers! It made washing multiple loads quicker! A good BBQ place across the street to eat while you wait.

It isn't perfect, older, no funwash token machines or ATM for tokens options, but it's never super busy. Most machines work, I've not seen trash cans overflowing, nor hobos sleeping inside (like some places) some machines are quarters only, but there are ones that do NOT say quarters only that took my old Funwash tokens from my old town's location. I prefer this one over the nicer ones further north because it has a less stressful atmosphere.

The facility is decently maintained and the temperature inside is mostly comfortable. The washing machines are over priced and the dryers have different heat intensity.

When everybody else was crowded they weren't. The place is cleaning. I like the option you have machines and how you can press your clothes. That's a nice touch. If I had to complain it would be about the dryers some of them add more time than others. Can you put money in them. The place was clean and uncrowded and that was nice. 🙂

This facility is really a great example of how the hood gets the worst equipment possible. The washers don't really wash your clothes because they don't agitate the clothes what so ever. You're really just soaking your clothes in dirty water. If the washers don't just straight up take your money, they will once you see their poor performance. I recommend going to the Fun Wash on Camp or better yet the one on JFK.

I paid $10 for this service and there were strings coming out of the fabric, stitching undone, and the collar is floppy and not pressed. So even if the quality is bad, which I doubt, the pressing wasn’t even done properly (or at all?). I brought it to Brookelyn’s attention and she said to blame the manufacturer. So if you want your suit to have fabric coming off of it, stitching undone, unpressed collars that were worse than when you bought it in, and an unpleasant smell for $10, this is the place to go. I now have to make a visit to a tailor to fix this since the “manufacturer” is so bad.

I cannot stress enough: DO NOT USE MOOSE CLEANERS!  I brought in my wedding suit to have cleaned, and when I got it back, there wasn't a button that was not broken or chipped.  There's nothing I could do about it because they are "not responsible for buttons".  When I called them and asked what their process was, if there was any special notice I should have given them, etc., all they could say was "not necessarily" and "I don't know".  Now, I have to have every button on the suit replaced because I made the mistake of trusting Moose Cleaners with my clothing.  Don't make the same mistake I did.  This was a pitiful job done by Moose, and they should be embarrassed to operate in this way, but you get what you pay for.  I guess I should have known better.

I decided to use Moose cleaners over my usual cleaners because they are more conveniently located in proximity to my office and the times I start/end my day. I am very disappointed in the state my clothing was returned in. The shirts look as if they were simply sprayed with starch and put on a hanger. The sleeves are horribly wrinkled and half of the collars aren’t buttoned to hold them in place. I was also shocked when I dropped my cleaning off that you have to pay when you drop off....now I know why. No one would pay for what I received.  I could have saved money if I had washed and pressed my shirts at home. First and last time customer here. Do it yourself or go somewhere else.

My experiences with Moose Cleaners have been fantastic. They are always friendly when you walk in the door. Quick to greet you and acknowledge your presence. I appreciate the great customer service. I especially like they are open for a few hours  on Saturday. I dropped off a few items after 6pm on Thursday to pick up on Saturday.

I love this laundry mat. As in, all of the equipment works. It does cost much to wash and dry. Their bathrooms are clean, the whole place is clean! And they have friendly staff.

Was able to fit 2 sets of sheets and a week's worth of laundry in the med one. It's $0.25 to get the dryer started for 5 min or an extra large dryer for $3 (don't know how long).

There's A/C, clean bathrooms and the machines all worked. It was a bit busy for a Monday morning but the turnover isn't bad. There are coin machines that will give out quarters or dollar coins. Would definitely go back.

I've had to use this laundromat twice and no hyperbole, it is the BEST one I've ever used in my life. You notice the difference the moment you walk through the doors. The facility is kept CLEAN. All the washers and dryers look like new and are maintained on a regular basis. There are plenty of laundry carts. And the public bathroom (for men) is pristine. Don't know about the women's bathroom, but I'm certain it's in similar condition.  Honestly, it's almost unreal how well-kept this facility is. Other amenities include: an on-site attendant, free wi-fi, a change machine, a vending machine, two flat screen TVs, and the building's AC works very well - a necessity for the typically scorching summers here. I can't recommend this business highly enough if you need to use a safe, clean, well-maintained laundromat.

Machine was out of order, took my money.  They sent me my money back in the mail...  Very nice and well kept might want to consider new machines investment in future.  Great service.

Dryers shut off every 3-5 minutes with an error message and both restrooms are locked up with out of order signs.
The attendant disappeared so there was no way to get reimbursement for faulty dryers...
