The folks who own the shop are real winners, friendly and fun to talk to. Their work is exceptional - got a number of deep-set stains out of two blazers I frequently wear. Price is impossible to beat. I'd recommend this place to anyone and will be back myself.

This is a family run business and the cleaning is done on premises. They are so nice and caring. Their dry cleaning is the best in Grand Rapids, I have tried all the major businesses in town. They made my silk shirts look like new. Highly recommended!

Adrienne had great customer service and I felt comfortable and welcome. The environment was cozy, aesthetic and very clean- taking me back to 1946 when the cleaner first opened. I feel confident when entrusting my garments and stand behind the recommendations I’ve received of ACME being the local cleaner of choice. I also appreciate the convenient location in the middle of town right off seaway.

Was quoted $18 by Jan during drop off for my lightweight jacket but then at pickup was charged $22 by the gentleman working and when I asked why he said they determined it to be a coat. Why wasn’t I, as the customer informed of this price change before pickup? Fast service I will say but your employees need to be better at communicating especially price changes. He said “you might get a credit”.

They quickly got the gravy outta my suit pants and white dress shirt. I also got my suit pressed and the the lines are crisp. Im looking minty.

I brought my 400 dollar purple jeans here and when I got them back it was full off messed up stitching and they tried telling me there where already like that but I took a picture of it before I brought the pants in no not recommend this place to anybody there very unprofessional they won’t replace clothes that they mess up

The ladies did so amazing on my mother's wedding dress. I brought it in to get cleaned because I wanted to use it for my wedding.  Was concerned about the red ribbon bleeding into the dress. i called to inquire about their services because i need to have my comforter cleaned. the lady that answered sounded as if i was bothering her, i almost apologized for calling 😅 when she confirmed they clean comforters, i asked how much it would be for a queen (not down) and she said it was $35. i asked what their current turnaround time is if i were to drop it off today, she said friday.

the pricing and turnaround time are reasonable but i didn’t have a good first impression of their service. i could only imagine what my experience would be if there was an issue and how they would respond.

I really like the folding stations/rolling laundry baskets they have available for use as well. Biggest thing for me is they are open at accessible hours! Really clean laundromat with some fairly new machines and a reasonable price. They also have the option to pay by card which is nice.  It's kinda small but at least it wasn't busy when I was there first thing in the morning.

I had a bridesmaid dress emergency! The evening before my sister in laws wedding I made the mistake of steaming my dress to get the wrinkles out. Woke up early in the AM to find calcium water deposits all over the bottom of the dress. I thought it was ruined! I went here as soon as they opened and the owner was so sweet! Pretty good service ive gotten grease from the machines on my clothes on 2 occasions now and they dont do anything about it so jus hope u get lucky an the machine you use isnt broken.
