I've been going here for a few years. I hesitated on posting a review but I cannot be silent any longer.

I was fine with their overpriced machines. (5-7 dollars for a wash)
I was even okay with their inconsistent machines. (not one of them has an accurate timer)

But what im not okay with is them adding SLOT MACHINES to the laundromat. Gambling is an illness in this country and highlander has chosen to enable addiction.

Dan comes here to St.Louis area past 14 years only few months in winter before going back to Chicago Northwest Indiana region by Memorial Day.Best place to do laundry even better than a few where I do laundry  out here in O Fallon  as  laundry mats I go to in Northwest Indiana 2,  I  like alot but one went to a card system and the other was more dirtier, yet still like it as it was like felt like home with nice table and chairs to relax to T.V. while waiting on machine to spin out and finish cycles along with  good hot dryers. I say this place is the cleanest. Thanks  for also staying open later into evening and night. While others I did like 24 hours open to go anytime back in the Chicago  Northwest Indiana region.......Dan  Native Blue Island  Highland Indiana.

Laundromat is not as clean as it used to be, at least this past weekend it was not.
Attendants need to check the machines frequently.
Problem:  when I checked the trays of machines I planned to use,  they were full of detergents in the wrong sections.
Just like people couldn't understand the instructions and just dumped detergents in all sections..spent 5 minutes,  cleaning one out to use.
Maybe there needs to be some guidelines or multiple language instructions.  🤔

This laundry mat is clean with a lot of washers choices for different capacities, nice tables for folding and plenty of dryers. Staff was friendly . I will come back for my laundry cleaning needs!

We have come here for years and I cannot speak highly enough of Grace. She is incredible and always takes excellent care of us. She makes us feel like family.

I have been coming here since we moved to Winghaven a few years back, and I cant say enough great things about the place and the frontdesk lady. She is so awesome she remembers you by name everytime. Clothes come out great, and fast service. Highly recommend it!

This is the best cleaners around. I have been using their services since they opened, and if there ever was an issue (none come to mind), it would certainly be resolved quickly and to the best of human abilities. They accept cash, check, credit, and debit...unlike the "American" Cleaners local chain (which I highly suggest you avoid).
The Korean family who works here could not be any more friendly, polite, and professional. Any reviews that you see on here who says otherwise, must be lying. First time using Apple cleaners and we were very pleased.  They were able to get a stain out that I wasn’t sure would come out.   Kind staff, our order was ready when they said.   Will definitely be back.

I’ve been looking for a good place to have my dry cleaning done for several months now since the other place I use closed. A friend suggested Apple as an alternative.
Upon arrival I found the place to be very clean and the attendant to be pleasant.  She greeted me and asked how I wanted my shirts starched. She then took personal information and provided a receipt.  About a week later I was sent an email explaining that my clothes were ready and that I could pick them up.
Once again upon arrival I was greeted by the attendant who was very pleasant. She asked my name and promptly went to get my clothes. After doing so I asked if she had a bandage that I could use. Not only did she get the bandage but also offered to put it on for me.

After I got home I inspected my clothes for quality and found them to be more than impressive. The cleaning, the pressing and creasing in the pants, the starch in the shirts, each top notch.

This was a great experience, my only complaint is that the prices are less than competitive. If you want this type of service and product quality from Apple Cleaners you should be prepared to pay for it. Will I return? YES I WILL because I’m ok with paying a little extra for the service and quality I want, deserve, and expect for my hard earned money.

High quality results for a very reasonable price, and my items were complete 2 days earlier than expected. The woman working for both drop-off/pick-up ( I wish I had caught her name) was wonderful to work with. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly!

Kaitlyn, Kaelah, & their entire staff Are excellent to work with ! They are upfront, letting you know what they can do for your damage, clothes, bedding.

They keep you informed all the way sending emails of pictures on what they are Cleaning that was damaged.

Emailing you pictures so you know what they have in their inventory to you so you don’t have to worry about missing clothes, or bedding and worrying about if you ever see these items again.

I would highly recommend them if you have tornado, flooding, or fire damaged to your home and need items restored !!!!!

Over the last couple years, I’ve spent a lot of money here. Every time it seems I pick up my clothes, there is something missing. Just recently I had a white Oxford shirt that was missing when I picked up my dry cleaning. I let the young lady know right away, and she said she would let her manager know. I also texted the owner. He never responded to my concern. Most recently my wife dropped off several items. She had a dress that was not returned. After noticing the dress was missing, she contacted them. The young lady who answered the phone knew exactly what she was talking about, said that she would speak with her manager and would call her back. After speaking with her manager, all of a sudden, the young lady didn’t know what dress my wife was talking about and said that they had returned all of the items to us. So we have several items of clothing that they have not returned. I cannot support neither can I recommend that anyone support a local business that does not back up their services or work with integrity and honesty and fairness to the customer. It’s a shame because we always try to support local businesses.

I dropped off a bundle of clothes with Jessica this morning. A few minutes later she sent a text letting me know that she found a set of AirPods in the clothes. I’d been looking for those and was about to give up and buy a new pair.

Jessica is always awesome, friendly, and super professional. This just reinforces that she is also trustworthy.

Just picked up my dry cleaning and pants that I had altered from K & N Dry Cleaners. They are incredibly friendly and always do a great job! I’ve been going to this family owned dry cleaning & alteration shop for many years. They have never disappointed. Everything is always neatly pressed and protected and the alterations are excellent. Tip: check out their website to schedule an appointment for alterations - that will save you from a wait if they are busy. Also, if you have wire hangers (the dry cleaning type) that are in good shape, that you want to recycle take them into their shop. They gratefully accept them. They are not cheap ( nothing is these days)  but they are very reasonably priced.
