I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience to help other customers avoid the same situation. We took my husband’s brand new wedding shirt to Indy’s Cleaners to get pressed before our big day. When a family member picked it up, we discovered an orange stain on the collar and two in the front that were not there when we dropped it off. This was on a Saturday evening, and since they are closed on Sundays, we had no chance to resolve the issue before our wedding the next day.

When we reached out, the staff showed no empathy and simply said it was our responsibility to check the garment before leaving the shop. We had sent a family member who is under 18, so naturally, she didn’t know what to look for. Besides, you wouldn’t expect stains to appear on a brand-new shirt after getting it pressed!

We love supporting local businesses, but we should have trusted the many negative reviews this place already had. We had to scramble across town at the last minute to find a replacement shirt the night before our wedding, which added unnecessary stress and cost us an extra $100.

Extremely disappointed with this experience—if you value your clothes and peace of mind, I would think twice before trusting this place.

I can no longer recommend Indy's after being quoted a price and the price being changed when I was charged twice now. I complained and the owner was supposed to call me back. she never called me back so the icing on the cake was that the job that they did was terrible. they said they were charging extra because my blouses had to be hand ironed. well they were still quite wrinkled so for $7 a shirt I'll just do it myself

I'm very upset. We brought a suit to be worn at our daughter's wedding to be cleaned and pressed. Through the bag at the store it seemed fine. When we opened the bag it was wrinkled and creased terribly as though it had not be pressed, at all. I find it hard to believe you would allow a suit for someone's child's wedding to leave your facility in that condition.  You charged $13 for that
We will now be bringing our suit to a different company to be properly pressed. What a shame, we wanted to support our local cleaner and got the short end of 5he stick on this. The only positive is how pleasant the lady at the counter was when I picked it up.

Good service, pleasant people, good work. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.

Cost for a suit jacket was good but for a very light weight pantsuit charged me $25. Willnever do that again.  Also if they had for 4 days why wait until last minute, was in area 3rd day and not done yet

Maybe they are good for suits and ties but if you have jeans and shirts you need starched I recommend spending the time and money to drive to Gallup or Los Lunas. The shirts still had some wrinkles as well as the jeans and there is absolutely 0 starch in the clothes.

Great experience here. Needed some items taken care of quickly and on short notice. They gave me a time and upon return everything was ready.

Poor customer service. They should remove the sign they have that states all garments cleaned and pressed. I brought 5 jackets in that were in a storage locker I had purchased and wanted cleaned. She told me no we do not do these, would be too expensive for you. After looking at only two. I will find somewhere else.

I’ve been bringing my shirts to them for years.  Always a great job.  I’ve even trusted the cleaning of my professional Santa Claus suits to them!  A nice family business.

I haven't used this business in a few years but decided to again because it's nearby my home. I've been off. The clothes went fine, although the employee had his headphones in his ear the entire time. It definitely wasn't cheap, but it's worth having your clothes looking nice. The most frustrating part is that I have to go to work at a specific time every day and their door said they open at 7:00 a.m., which was good for me. Three different days over the past week. I've now come by to find they are in fact not open at 7:00 a.m. when I pulled up their Google listing it says they're open at 8:00 a.m. try to call their number but it goes to a voicemail that is not set up. This is very disappointing that they don't even have the right hours on the door or a voicemail set up to answer.

Two thumbs up from us.   Friendly, courteous, excellent quality in terms of laundering and pressing our clothing.   They are not the fastest - some other places have a one-day turnaround, and they are more like 3 days.  But the price makes it well worth it.

I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned before my wedding (it was thrifted and had a couple stains). They asked if I wanted it preserved and I said no, I'm getting married in 3 weeks, so they knew it was important. This entire time I was working with the same man.

I brought it in and they told me they would call me when they started it, would tell me how much it would be before they did that. They didn't do either. I came in on the day it was supposed to be done and it wasn’t there. They had it at the other location and it wasn't done yet. I can be understanding - but this was my wedding dress. They told me it would be ready in 3 more days, said they would call when it was ready. They didn't. I called them to check on it.

There were some stains that they couldn't get out, which I understood because of the fabric. They weren't really noticeable anyways. I was just really disappointed that I paid $100 for such a hassle that wasn't even fully cleaned.

Been going here for a couple of years with my husband's work shirts.  They do a good job and are always kind and cordial. I was going to another place that did an awful job and were often rude so I'm thankful I found this place.

Love the coin or token option.  If you do tokens you get 1.00( free).
The dryer is 2.00 for 40 min.  Which is a decent price but I had to sit and watch with a timer for things that needed only a 15 min dry.
Then I gave the dryer away to another person since  had more time on it.  Which is money maker for them but bummer for us customers.

Over priced laundry soap when you can walk to dollar tree and buy the same for 1.25
I wash daily- and looking for the best priced most efficient laundry mat.  I would give this a 3. The price is about 3.00 more total per load than other places within 20 mile radius.

Nice sized washers. No wifi. I wish this would be offered if you have to sit here for 30 minutes. Didn't use the dryers so can't leave a review. Spend $5 to get 6 tokens. Better deal than quarters and spending $1/1 token.

My washer broke and was forced to use a laundromat. Their hours of operation says that they are open until 11:00 pm but lock doors by 9:30 pm. In reality they already lock the doors by 9:00 pm , most of the washers are blocked off before even 9 and they want you to use only the expensive massive washers where you just waste your money. What a scam! Will never come back here even to wash my rugs.

Nice place. Would be helpful to have a rug and Pet only washer. Med. Maybe 9. I feel bad left the washer full of hair. And I seen others full of pet hair.

They had token. I had two tokens left. Asked to get my cash back of $2. Nope. My husband is in hospital here. I’m not a local resident. What kind of business is the owner not wanting to cash in his token? Sheesh I won’t go back. Terrible business!
