I had 3 pairs of wide legged jeans cut off and hemmed. Quality of work was great; they were even done earlier than promised.  Attendant was friendly and efficient.  Price was $25 + tax per pair.

Love the atmosphere and cleanliness is excellent. Only disappointment was, came into the building to pick up my order and was told to try to use the card machine & drive thru. Rather than just taking care of how I paid (cash) and that I was inside with a smile. It’s fine to let customers know about other features but it kinda seemed like I was inconveniencing the clerk.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences especially with laundering my coats, suits, and scarves. They do a great job.
only recently I had them do an unlined linen tie that I thrifted that was heavily stained. I had no expectation of the stains being removed fully but partially so that I could dye it navy blue. I got it back and there was slight improvement but overall still stained over.
and as a coup de gras I hand washed it and soaked it in oxiclean which made it clean and removed all the stains however the water was brown (and it was an ecru Iinen so it wasn’t dye) so I really don’t know what they did for the tie. I think at maximum they shot some steam through the individual stains. Was a little disappointed but it’s only 4 bucks and maybe I have a misunderstanding of the dry cleaning process on ties but I think it could’ve been done better.
Overall a good cleaner I will however stick with doing anything tie related myself I don’t know if they have the proper tools to do that or if that’s a specialty thing.

I needed three coats cleaned after having been exposed to cigarette smoke. I'm new to the area and just googled dry cleaners and went to the closest one. The staff was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I was really surprised when she said that my items would be ready within 24 hours. The store was clean and well organized and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Great customer service! Great prices! I have not been to this cleaners in over 5 years and surprisingly their prices are still very reasonable. They charged me $12.99 to dry clean my 3/4 length winter coat . And everywhere that I had called in Columbus Ohio was charging $25 or more. And I dropped off my coat and it was ready in less than 24 hours.

All the 5 star reviews are spot on about how great a place this is. I flew into town for a high school reunion and needed a rush job on a single shirt. They were very accommodating at a very low price. The value of the service and work quality I received far exceeded what they charged me. I will definitely when I'm in town with dry cleaning needs in the future.

Very good value, and they offer a discount if you pay at drop off!  A suit and a dress shirt with heavy starch for $12.00.  Good price and next day pick up.  Service is good as well and very friendly.

They've been sold.  Used to be an easy 5 star.  Now the cleaning is done off-site.  I was there the first week of the transition, understandably the staff was learning new systems and there was some confusion - we've all been there.  But they completely lost the clothes I dropped off that day, and after two weeks have not yet found them. Sad to see the place go downhill like this.

I was in a bind with my dress for my daughters wedding.  It had a stain on it and a button was off.  In addition I wanted the slit to be tightened.  Beyond amazing and I mean amazing. I took my dress there and they did not give me a price at the start. I go back a week later in the dress is over $80 for dry cleaning. This is a scam don’t go here. Don’t waste your money they will overcharge the dress or any piece of clothing item. When I heard the price, my jaw dropped. The dry cleaning was worth more than the dress. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere where they will tell you from the start the price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience with this company. I got married in may and dropped my wedding dress and veil off in June. They gave me a promise date of July 20 to pick it up. It is now October 5 and they still “don’t have any boxes” to put my dress and veil in. They also claimed to have cleaned it but never did. I called about 10 times and they kept saying the same excuse. How does a cleaning place stay open without something as simple a boxes? I asked to speak with the owner multiple times and the workers assured me he would call, but he never did. They held my dress hostage for months without being honest about a promise date or giving any hope of an end in sight with boxes coming in. I just wanted my wedding dress to be preserved so I had a momento from the most special day in my life. They were extremely rude when we came in in person to see what the hold up was. Horrible customer service all around. I picked up the dress to take it to carriage cleaner instead (highly recommend) and the owner still hasn’t called to try to make this problem right. They don’t care about your business.

The only dry cleaners I’ll go to! GREAT prices and phenomenal staff. The owner, Spencer, is kind and knowledgeable about the business. I have taken my favorite garment, a fuchsia pink silk blouse, to Village Cleaners multiple times (with multiple stains, I’m a bit messy) and it comes out perfectly cleaned and pressed each time. I’ve recommend them to everyone I know!

I recently found this place over 3 months ago and they have been more than I expected. My clothes are always done just the way i want them. The prices are good and the Custom Service is Awesome. My cloths are always done on time sometimes a day or two ahead. VC please keep up the good work you have one satisfied customer here.
