I really like this laundromat for the most part. Dawn and Ben are good hard working people. Always willing to help. They take the time to keep it clean and to decorate it nice showing pride in their work place. Very friendly. Its the best place ive found to do my laundry. The owner is a rude ass hat though.  Hes rarely there though

Avoid this laundry mat. The female employee blames everything on the owner and how terribly he runs the business. She had no issues yelling at an elderly woman when she misunderstood what the old woman was saying. When the machines take your money they label you “a problem” for asking them to correct it and the male employee will yell at you in front of the entire store for requesting your money back from the machine when it’s not working. This place is horrible. Go somewhere else.

If I could give 10 stars I would ❤️ DAWN IS AWESOME!!! My husband and I stopped in a couple evenings ago and was welcomed by a very friendly Dawn! The machine we had sticks a little and she knew exactly what machine we were at lol she’s knows her machines 😊 you can tell just by talking to her she loves her job. Very clean very nice people gave me some some ideas where to go eat. I just moved here Friday so they were very polite. Very nice to me and it didn’t cost that much to do my laundry under five dollars.

I have been going there for at least 8 years, and never had a complaint until today. We were accused of trespassing and/or breaking in. We arrived after 10:30 during business hours. The door was unlocked, the lights were on, and there were other people already doing laundry. We waited in our car the 30 minutes it takes to wash a load, and then went back in to retrieve our clothes. The guy working there started accusing us of breaking in as we were getting ready to leave. The people who were there when we arrived were still there. I really don't understand this behavior. Why accuse us? Why threaten to call the police? He told us not to come back, but I wouldn't have, anyway.

Was clean and had new washers....4$ for the washer but 10$ for the big machine...I spent 35$ on just 5 loads and i know it is cheaper by about 5$ per machine at a couple other places so I think I'm gonna have to go elsewhere. Other than the prices they are a really nice clean place

I actually really love the work they dis on my outfits. So so much. Unfortunately, it all means nothing when you have terrible workers with terrible customer service. I asked to speak to the owner, and even he was a little agitated by every word I said.  Maybe because he's not used to working with a younger audience, but this is why we millennials need to open up our own cleaners in this world.  I am so disheartened by this experience. 😔

This place is a mess! It’s dirty and has a lot of broken/non working machines. There’s only 2 big washers but they take 32 quarters to use. The rest are the size of a stackable washer (very small) and the dryer I put my quarters into wouldn’t return them when I tried to get them back before I started it because the door wouldn’t latch to keep clothes inside. There was nothing in the detergent machine so I had to go get some from home and come back. Usually you can buy a single use package if you forget yours so that was annoying too. It looks like whoever owns this place doesn’t care about it enough to fix what’s wrong. There’s holes in the wall too. I won’t be using this place again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

I moved to Chillicothe in November. I've been coming here since. They have just replaced all the washers. Which are now  $4 a load. The facility is clean and quiet. I love going on a Monday because no one else's there.  Their dryers are fantastic (I use the ones in the back - they dry quicker).  5 loads.. $30. Not too bad. Plus, I was done in 2 hours. This is the ONLY place in Chillicothe that I'll do my laundry at.

I love local shops. I typically do not leave scrappy reviews. This place is not worth the money tho. I paid close to $40 to have my husbands coat and scarf cleaned. There was still quite a bit of lint left on both and it had a horrible musty smell afterward. The staff was dumbfounded that I expected it back the same day. Sign advertises 1 hr. cleaning.

I ended up going to another shop after I got it back. She had it clean in about 2 hrs. Got the smell out of it all for $17

It's the only 24hr option in the area, but that's the only thing it's got going for it.   A lot of the machines are broken, some aren't labeled as such.   Resulting in it losing your money, that is, if the change machines have coins to exchange in the first place.   The whole place is dirty and doesn't look like anyone ever maintains the place.   Specially the machines that are caked with old detergent and fabric softener.    While there, you share the space with homeless people sleeping at night and roaches.

I've been going here for about two years and haven't seen any change.   As I said, it's open 24hrs and the only one in the area like does that.

Only 24-hour laundromat around. Reasonably priced but it's going downhill fast. It also has an ATM which I find useful.
They advertise wifi but there's no password to be had.
No maintenance or cleaning is being done. There's only 1 super-sized washer and it's been down for at least 6 months or more. The place and machines need a really good cleaning.
Don't leave any food or drinks unattended, especially at night. Have seen multiple roaches.
Also, the fact there's zero access to a restroom, sink, paper towels clean-up supplies, and more is very inconvenient.
The gravel parking lot around the back is a long walk carrying laundry and there are big holes everywhere.

This is my second and last time using this laundromat. Barely any water runs through the machines, clothes come out soapy and dirtier than they went in. That’s if the machines don’t just eat your quarters. No response from the phone number posted inside.

Most of the washers and dryers are out if order. Only 4 seats to wait on clothes to wash and they were occupied by two men that were not even doing any clothes.
This was at 12am and they were lettering there the whole time, even after we were finished.

Nice and quiet in the late evenings and overnight. It's a 24 hour laundromat. 😊

Use this when camped close by all summer. Always clean and nicely decorated. Washed and dried 2 loads for a total of $7.50. I don't think that's a bad price 😁

First time here however, it is a Nice little laundry mat. They have 15-single load washers and 2-larger washers in back and 18 large dryers. Prices are not bad at all. $2.75 a load to wash ($5 for the large ones) and $0.25 for 6mins of drying time. Also have three nice sized folding tables. 3-stars only because I was hoping for more larger washers. But other than that it’s great.

Very nice laundromat! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back.

A very nice and quaint place to do laundry. The woman who owns the establishment is extremely nice. My wife and I are truck drivers and finding a good place to do laundry can be tough. We were able to park our truck in the parking lot across the street, but she said we could park on the street out front if we wanted too. She took an interest in our lives and was very personable. We even got there a little late and had to stay a few minutes past closing time. She didn’t rush us out the door and told us to take our time folding. If I need to do laundry in Circleville again, I will definitely come back.

My husband Steve has had to do the laundry there twice while waiting for our washer and dryer to arrive. The Launderette    is clean, everything works and the attendant is sweet and helpful. The attendant was amazing. She even watched our clothes and folded them while he went home to meet the service repair person.  We can't say enough for how nice of a place this is.  True customer service!!!

Ugh. So I tried not to leave a bad review but after taking time to think about it, it needs to be said…the old woman that works in there was & unkind & down right rude to me because of a small mis-hap.. I wasn’t going to press the issue but after thinking about it, it was a disappointing interaction as a paying customer.  I didn’t realize that the $5 machine wasn’t taking my quarters until I had put the 3rd one in. She attempted to make fun of me by calling me “special” who says that to someone? Even if you “think” that lol it’s poor customer service. Not to mention I’m new to using a laundromat but I’m not stupid.  She must be bothered by my presence but get ready bc I will be back as there aren’t many good options in town. I’m not a confrontational person but I won’t be belittled. I tend not to take things personal but if I’m going to be a regular……
The whole thing is silly but considering the fact that the machines don’t do the best job..my clothes always come out too hot to the touch and wrinkled, plus a good pair of pants ruined. Plus socks and other things get shrunk in a small amount of drying time..
If porters wasn’t so crowded I’d take it upon myself to clean the machines & do it there. Seems like so many other good reviews being left so why me? I apologize if you’re uncomfortable in my presence. Not to be dramatic but I’m kind, friendly & clean. Do better & be mindful of who you’re judging I serve an Almighty God.
