Been going here off & on for years. I've never had a problem here. For the most part everything has been satisfactory.
Reason I gave 4 stars is because the soap dispensers for wash machines never seem to get cleaned out & become gooped up, which isn't a very pleasant sight.
Also, I have been locked out while in the process of trying to remove my clean laundry & then couldn't get back in. Had to wait til the following morning. Sign says they're open til 11 or 11:30pm but door locked around 10:25pm & lights dimmed quite low.
The staff that I have seen there or have had contact with have always been very friendly & kind. 🙂

This is a nice place but why they lock up at before 11pm when the door states 11:30. Now my clothes are inside and nobody is opening the door. Rude and petty

This was my favorite place to go when I needed to wash my big comforters and blankets. This last time, the place was dirty, a lot of the dryers were out of service, and now you have to pay to use the bathroom,  which is locked and just steals your money. Not coming back soon. So sorry to see this place so trashy.

About a month ago I was the last person there and the door locks automatically at 11:30 pm. I had put my purse in the door and the wind blew a little and my purse wasn't heavy enough and the door shut. I panicked.  My keys and my life were in my purse . I had my dogs in my car and it was locked. I then called the phone #number I found on Google and was so happy that they answered considering it was almost midnight. They were out of town. However he called me back saying that they had contacted a friend and that they were coming to rescue my purse. It was like a Christmas miracle had happened. I couldn't believe it. That being said they didn't have to do that for me but they did. I was so grateful and so was my Dachshund and Chiweenie. They really came through for me. Thank you  Laura's laundromat, you guys are awesome.

A nice thing about this place is they usually have someone there to assist you if a machine is not working right.

Reasonably priced, and never had an issue. They even did a rush job of laundry for me due to my lack of planning last week. I will be using them again in 2 weeks, so glad they are reliable!

I come here a lot. The lady here is so helpful and knowledgeable about how to wash complicated clothing items. I take my saris here and she does a great job. She also has done alterations for me. All of her services that she offers are affordable.

I’ve been going to these guys since 2021… they are friendly, helpful and I have had no issues with their dry cleaning. I take 2 of my down comforters to be dried clean a few times a year (king and queen). It’s always around $30. They also sewed a tear in the lining of a really nice coat I have . They did a great job.

Update - I think ownership has changed . Recently took a comforter to be dry cleaned . They use different storage bags now and it tore and the blanket had a gray spot on it. They re cleaned it at no extra charge. Took some items to be tailored not sure if more needed to be cut but they seem the same length. The tailor didn’t mark anything when I took the pants in. The others seem fine. The old owners always marked and double checked 🤷‍♀️. Also prices seem to have gone up but they’ve gone up everywhere.

Teresa was responsive and kind on the phone and more so in person. The same day service (2 suits dry cleaned and 5 shirts laundered and starched) was exceptional. Great cleaner run by great people. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 10/10 rating.

I brought my wedding dress in for cleaning and preservation after my outdoor rainy wedding. It was so muddy that I was sure it was ruined, but Amy was able to restore it to perfect condition. Great communication and incredible results!

We go here often and usually don’t have a problem. My husband got his nice Ralph Lauren Coat (which was not cheap) dry cleaned here as he does every year. He just got it out of the dry cleaning bag and we noticed that the fabric in two spots is noticeably damaged, almost like they scrubbed it. Now there is a noticeable discoloration spot in the front and back. It was not like this before. So disappointing considering this is a really expensive coat and we’ve trusted these cleaners for years, and they didn’t have me sign anything for this particular coat saying there could be possible damage.
If I didn’t have a newborn baby I could be coming in and trying to resolve this in person, but I’m left to leave a review instead. If you were willing to make this right I will carve out time to come in, but I’m a doubtful you will refund us $200 for ruining this coat.

Amy and the Clean Earth Cleaners team did an amazing job for me. Last year I had a dress cleaned and this year I had a formal dress altered, plus my wedding dress altered. Amy did several fittings with me for my wedding dress to ensure that it was altered to the right height, plus altered the top so it fit properly and even did seamstress work to add different charms to the "belt" accessory in the middle of my dress, making it fit with my theme, per my request. Attached are the before and after pics (gold suns are after). She also did all this in a shorter than normal timeframe, during the busiest part of the year. I truly appreciate it and my dress looked amazing for my big day! You can't go wrong here!

The owner understood we needed asap, so worked on it right away. Called me the same night saying it’s ready. Upon my visits, I encountered two employees at the counter: an older lady who displayed exceptional politeness, kindness, and a cheerful demeanor, and a younger lady whose behavior left me perplexed. A Heartbreaking and Humiliating Experience — Please Read Before Going

This happened today, and I’m still heartbroken by the way I was treated. I only went to this place because my regular cleaner was closed, so I looked for another nearby option. I truly wish I hadn’t.

From the moment I walked in, the woman working there was cold and unwelcoming, but I stayed polite. I asked for pricing on a modest dress and two men’s blazers. I explained that the dress was simple — not a prom or formal dress, just long and modest as I’m a Muslim woman. She looked at it and immediately dismissed me, saying harshly, “This is not a simple dress.”

Still, I asked for a price. The quote for the dress was much higher than I’m used to, while the blazers were more reasonably priced. I told her I’d skip the dress and move forward with just the jackets. At that point, she suddenly offered a discount. I respectfully declined and explained that my usual cleaner charges significantly less — around $9.

That’s when she completely snapped. She began yelling: “No! Impossible! Nobody charges that much! I’m not doing this!” Then she added, “How about you take the jackets too?” and started aggressively removing all my items from the counter and shoving them toward me like she was throwing me out of the store.

I didn’t say a word. I was stunned and heartbroken. I walked out in silence, overwhelmed by the shock and humiliation. All I did was decline a price and mention another cleaner — and I was met with hostility and disrespect. I had fully planned to still do the jackets with her, but she threw them back at me.

As a paying customer, I have the right to accept or decline a price. What I received in return was humiliation. The culture in this place was aggressive, and outright discriminatory. As a visibly Muslim woman, I felt the racism clearly in how I was treated. She literally treated me inhumanly.

And I’m not leaving this at just a review. I will share this experience wherever I can, because the pain and humiliation this woman left me with is something no one should go through.

I will never return and I strongly urge others to avoid this place. We all deserve respect, and this place showed none.

I never come to laundromats but I had some really big blankets and a bunch of them that needed to get washed so I came here because it's close by to where my fiancee and I live. So I got here the facility itself was clean and smelled like our laundry rooms should smell....there are various sized washers ad I assume that the price is fair considering the size of the washer. The dryers are cool because you can pay as you dry and use a quarter at a time...I like that it's not a set price and then you hope it's dry in time. Also the people that were here were friendly and I mean very much so. I totally forgot my soap and someone gave me theirs I tried to give them some mo ey but they just insisted that it's not a problem. All in all I'm happy with the place and I would come back if I needed to again

The place is clean but there is mold in every washer. I only found one washer that didn’t have mold.

This laundry is clean and has many machines of all sizes. There is a restroom that is kept clean and all machines for soap, change, and snacks are in good working order. There is usually someone on staff for helping if necessary. I like this place. I don't like doing laundry but this place makes it easier.

Elizabeth is absolutely the best you will ever find anywhere. Her dry cleaning is impeccable. She can remove any stain.  I spilled red wine on a white shirt….she got it out.  Her alterations are the best. I trust her with all my designer clothes. I love going into her store, she is so friendly and happy.

Elizabeth is truly a gem. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had with her at Raleigh Hills Cleaners.

I have yet to take my clothes here for dry cleaning but I have plenty to say about alterations! Elizabeth does all the alterations and did a fantastic job with a bridesmaid’s (chiffon material) dress and pair of jeans. Elizabeth is quick, extremely talented and knowledgeable, and does exactly what is discussed. You don’t have to worry about her surprising you with anything, such as sizing still being too big (or suddenly too small and then being told you gained weight), a seamstress that thinks they know what’s best, someone that decides to take in the sides of a dress when you explicitly told them not to because it fit perfect before then, or work that is just simply subpar. That being said, I wish I found this place last summer as I would have taken my wedding dress here…

Anyways…

Elizabeth and her husband own this business and are the most personable and friendly people ever! They make you feel part of their family and there is never a shortage or smiles and laughter. I don’t know how they do it but somehow your day feels brighter when you leave that place. Also, they are always steadily busy with customers yet I have never waited more than a few minutes to receive help. Fantastic place and cannot rave about them more.

Elizabeth is a GEM. Her tailoring is spot on, she’s gotten stains out that other dry cleaners couldn’t, and she’s incredibly sharp & quick! It’s so clear how she’s built warm relationships with all of her customers. Simply a delight. Thank you!!
