This was my first time ever going to the dry cleaners and I just wanna say the owner is very nice and he made my Uggs look brand new !! I definitely recommend this dry cleaners ! As you can see my Uggs were not in good shape when I dropped them off and he made them look brand new !! Definitely definitely recommend!

What great people!!! They got my dress done sooner than they said so was very happy with that. But they went above and beyond by giving me a break because I was doing a kind thing for a girl who had nothing and didnt have money for a prom dress. There was no charge. These kind of people are rare in the real world. So thankful to know there are still such good people in this day and age. ❤️

Owner is friendly and polite, BUT he charged $75.00 to clean my down comforter! The cleaning was mediocre at best. The down was no longer fluffy so I had to re-launder and dry it appropriately to bring it back to original condition. I was not satisfied with this experience, and feel the $75.00 fee should have provided me a nicely laundered comforter, which I did not receive. I will not be returning to Resciniti's Cleaners in the future. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was not a good experience. Maybe this post will alert others so they aren't taken by surprise like I was. I never dreamed they would charge $75.00. Never again!

Great laundromat. It's kind of like a hidden gem. Prices are very reasonable. It's the cheapest laundromat in the area. Its very vintage/retro looking. They do have a restroom and a sink to wash your hands in the facility.

Usually have clothes ready the day they promised.  Seamstress does good work.  Can't beat their pricing.

Prices have gone up a little but still a good place to wash my towels

Bates Troy Laundry & Cleaners

Paid 25 dollars to clean my wool coat.
Looks like it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned.
Should’ve looked into the reviews because there was still dog hair and car salt stains from cleaning off my truck. Smells no different as well. Feels like I’ve been swindled.
Steer clear if you don’t wanna waste time or money. It’s a shame because a very nice lady talked to me regarding leather maintenance and that was the best experience of my transaction. Too bad it will be the last.

Went in there to bring my coats and designer bag to get cleaned. They don’t clean coats or fix zippers. The girl at the front asked was my bag real in front of another customer. I said of course it’s real , why ask that ? I’m fine with never coming here if people that like work there. White guy standing behind me got a card for the seamstress that wasn’t there ; she didn’t bother to give me one. ( I’m a brown woman by the way )
I really hate Broome county. The customer was nice enough to give me the card when I was sitting in my car. I just threw it out because they wasn’t getting my business.

The information in the Google search is incorrect.  The Bates Troy dry cleaning store at 177 Main Street does NOT close at 2:30PM.  It closes at 6PM on weekdays.

The reception is friendly and so good but the cleaning isn't well done. I sent a jacket for cleaning but it still has the same spots.

THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST THEY GAVE MY CLOTHS TO SOMEONE ELSE !!!
Then when I went to pick up what they still had of mine it was cut I am in the process of  suing this business do not take your cloths here !!!

Very good staff. I called the number for my quarters, my bill got ate in the machine and they came very fast. And they make sure to clean and be on top of anything they need repair. Don't be shy to let them know if there's anything that needs fixing very hard working and quiet people

Owner is a joke I literally had my clothes in the washing machine soaking for five minutes he comes in start checking the washers  sees my lid open but clothes soaking in water anc detergent slams the lid says no can't do here starts screaming in whatever language it is that be speaks acting like I can understand a single word than continues to tell me I'm not allowed to dry my clothes here.... Not to mention the habitat he's got grown out back mosquitoes for days it looks like he's starting to Rice Field back there

Nice and clean. I try to avoid weekends to do my laundry, but sometimes what needs to be done has to been done. This place has plenty of machine for me to finish my laundry. Plus dry cleaning on the same location is very convenient, plus they do alterations is a big plus. I needed a quick fix for my pants, and they did it. It was great

I would give this place 15 stars if they were open on Sunday for people to do their own laundry. I haven’t been able to get there during their business hours since Pre-Covid and have had to settle using a very conveniently located 24hr 7 day a week laundry mat, (I don’t have a car) but I would much rather haul dirty clothes on my back the extra half a mile knowing all of the machines will be working properly and it will be clean. This was and has been the best place to do your own laundry in the triple cities that I’ve ever used. I just wish I could

I hated that I was trying to clean up a mess that apparently something I did with my carpet it was a small rug and I was totally humiliated and treated like garbage and yelled at me and refused to give me a broom also like the dryers and washers they literally do not go as long as most do and those are for their cleaning business. In those washers and dryers literally running in half the time only thing a good thing I could say is it for the most part pretty clean they have a sink and the close to the pizza place I'd like to go to but I choose not to really go there if I don't have to people don't have the right to treat you real just because they can and there's a store owners there is no right to treat people badly because you think you can

Village Valet

I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday and was told I could pick them up Saturday.  I let them know I was leaving for a business trip Sunday.  Mid day Saturday, my clothes were not ready and they asked me to come back Monday. I made a fuss about it because I need these clothes for my trip.   They reluctantly agreed to have them ready later that day.  They asked me to come back 3 hours later, which I did, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my clothes to be finished.  There was no apology, excuse, or explanation for not delivering the service as agreed upon.

I hate to write negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to wind up without clothes for a business trip like I would have if I had come to pick my clothes up a little later today.

I have been to many different dry cleaners in the Southern Tier. Village Valet is by far the best around! I have brought in some items where I have thought, “there is no way they will get this stain out.” They ALWAYS do! Not only that, but this is a family owned and operated business and they are the nicest people. I plan to go to Village Valet for years to come. Highly recommend!

Excellent and honest cleaners. They were able to remove 15 year old cat urine from my leather and fur Shearling. Now it's like new again! (1st pic is a before, 2nd is the after).

Services performed: dry clean and moisturized leather

Needed a quick hem and press for an evening gown.  They were quick and friendly and the work they did came out beautifully.   I will go back.

Clothes Care

I pride myself on my time management skills & things like this throw me off my rhythm.(it’s Saturday 7am and I’m waiting in the rain)I could name a million other things that I would rather be doing.(Open sign on & doors locked.)

I’ve been a loyal customer at this laundromat for several years. Still, my most recent experience was so incredibly frustrating and upsetting that I feel compelled to share it with others. On this particular evening, I arrived at the laundromat at 10:05 PM, well within the newly posted hours that the last wash would be accepted until 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:05 and immediately started my wash, which aligned with the facility’s stated hours.
As I was loading my laundry, the owner unexpectedly instructed me—via the surveillance camera—to hurry up and start my machines. I complied immediately, as I’ve always respected the laundromat's rules. However, things took a turn for the worse shortly afterward.
While my clothes were still washing, a gentleman approached my car window and informed me that the owner had given strict instructions to lock the doors at 11 PM, regardless of whether customers were finished with their laundry or not. I explained that my clothes were still in the washer and that I still needed to dry them afterward. Despite my explanation, the situation escalated further.
As I was finishing up the washing, the owner began yelling at me through the surveillance camera, demanding that I remove my clothes from the washer immediately and leave the premises. I told him that I was not leaving with wet clothes, especially since I had children's garments in the load, but the owner continued to shout and insist that I had to leave, without any regard for my situation. Even threaten to turn off the light off on me, which he did.
At this point, I felt completely disrespected and mistreated. I was left in a darkened laundromat with my clothes still not fully dried, and I was told I would no longer be allowed to return to the facility. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m truly shocked that the owner would treat a long-time, loyal customer in such a way.
I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident, as I believe my rights as a customer were violated and I was subjected to completely unwarranted and discriminatory treatment. No one should have to endure this kind of behavior, especially when simply trying to finish their laundry. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this laundromat, as this experience has left me with no confidence in their customer service or professionalism.

I am SO happy I stopped going to Resciniti's!!! The folks here are always extremely kind and patient, they go above and beyond to communicate, the prices are absolutely fair, the cleaning job they do is flawless, and their turnaround time is impressive. I've saved so much money and time by switching to this place and I always leave with a smile. Thank you!!!

Great service, they have awesome prices for Dry Cleaning. The service is always respectful and kind when I bring in Dry Cleaning. Their turn around time is always quick. I have been to other places in Endwell and they are rude, only take cash, and the place smells like cigarettes. The only complain I have is their doorbell is super sensitive and always going off lol. But it’s worth it for the quality and value of their work.

I appreciate a 24 hour laundry service, not so much people taking your clothes from the dryer between midnight & 6 am. When I called they said they don’t have cameras. I’ll file a police report but doubtful anything will be done. Stay with your clothes or choose another facility. It’s unfortunate because after months of service this is my first problem

I would put a 2.5 star rating if possible, they were very kind and communicative and pick up and drop off was easy. However the clothes came back with stains and spots that were easy to just scratch off so it was disappointing to pay for this service and end up having to take the time to redo at least a third of the order. It seems generally they’re very good but in this case it missed the mark.

I was very impressed with their service. It was so much easier to have them come pick up my two huge comforters than try to stuff them both into my car for a trip to the Laundromat. My comforters came back nice and clean and smelling very fresh and in two very nice laundry bags. I'll definitely be using their service again!

This was my first time using Clean Hamper.  So convenient.  Service is fabulous and clothes are delivered looking and smelling better than when I do it myself.  Very professional. This place is fantastic. I work a lot and laundry is the last thing I want to deal with, especially because I have to go to the laundromat. These ladies are very professional and friendly. This was my first time so I  walked in to drop off. Getting  set up was so quick and easy( they have an app too, easy to use). Turn around time is very quick. I dropped off on a Friday and was able to pick up on Tuesday (would have been Monday but it was a holiday). Pick up was just as easy and fast, ready to go packed in very clean and nice heavy duty nylon laundry bags. The young lady even carried my laundry out and loaded it in my vehicle for me. When I  got home and opened  the bags everything  was excellently folded and packed neatly plastic bags. They even pretty much had my shirts sorted by color! Can't  forget how they even had my golf shirts on hangers with plastic garment bags. I wasn't even expecting that. Clothing smelled so fresh and soft. They even got out a couple  stains that I  thought never would have came out on my golf sorts. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of everything  is excellent. Definitely going to try their delivery service next time. Absolutely will be a regular customer.

They release lint into the air and water. For being able to do their work in 11 hours, they're running their equipment from before 6 am until 1:30,2 am and later which equals 20 hours and moreeven though their special permit only gives them 18 hours.

I was very surprised when I picked up my pants that had been altered, and they were so wrinkled, I always thought the press came with the service. 😞 This cleaners came highly recommended.

I usually don’t leave a review for anything but this place is so nice. Very clean, great staff if you need help. Very comforting. Even though I only came to do my comforters and sheets. I definitely will be back. Highly recommend!!!!!

I don’t typically go to the laundromat so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Staff there was incredibly helpful and attentive, talked me thru the token system and how much the machines take.

I love this laundry mat.
It's my favorite In the area I just don't like the new person they hired not sure if it's a woman or a man but whatever it was was very rude when I asked to exchange the coins that I did not use . Also I feel like they should go back to being a 24 hour laundry mat as there is not many in the area. Should have options  for food and drinks as well I miss the old snack bar they had .

Amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. And boy do they love my daughter. We drive down from upper front st. The speed queen raised prices and shaved a few mins off per .25 cents you put into the machine. So I will forever rather commute then pay 25cents for 4 mins on a dryer.... Duds and suds is cleaner and newer equipment isn't always broken down and in need of repairs and if you want it does break down they get on it quick there's always busy bodied staff running around non-stop movement and cleaning and just definition of work ethic as well as friendly personalities and then they didn't know how to find them themselves a whole group of real people person type folks.

I went to a laundromat for the first time! I can say my experience at the Duds n suds was a great one 😊 The employee (might have been the owner) was wonderful. Asked if I needed help and showed me what to do. I would highly recommend this place. The washer was only 23 minutes for both my comforters and I dried them for 60 minutes in the 30 pound dryer and they came out perfectly 😄
