Top notch family owned and operated.  I have even also  just had a lining on a suit jacket repaired.  Lots of experience over years in this place.  As a teenager I worked at D O Summers dry cleaning plant after school and on Saturdays. So, I know some things from hours of labor about dry cleaning. For me shirts, suits, and sweaters so far. All good.

These two sisters are the best. We’ve had no problems with our clothes being lost or ruined. The quality is worth the price.!!!!!

I called near closing time last week, after spilling hand sanitizer on my suit pants.  They had just after they turned off their cleaning machines, but turned them back on for me and saved my suit.  I am very grateful they were able to save my suit, and are there to handle all my dry cleaning.

Picasso Cleaners

I showed up to Picasso Cleaners with a dress that I had ordered from Thred Up.  Unfortunately, it arrived to me with 2 ripped seams and I was planning to wear it in 2 days to my anniversary dinner.  The young lady at the counter gave me the direct number to the seamstress to see if it was possible to get a rush job done.  In short, they got the dress sewn up, cleaned and pressed and ready for my dinner!  I couldn’t be more thankful!  They were all so nice and helpful!  5 stars all the way!!!

The stain was not washed away, but they said it was easy. And after dry cleaning of this establishment, more stains appeared on the T-shirt. I am not satisfied

I brought in multiple dress shirts, a suit, a cashmere sweater, and ties and for some reason they stapled tags on the inside tag of each of my items. I don’t know if that’s a normal practice but why in the hell would you STAPLE peoples clothes? Especially delicate items like a cashmere sweater.

My mom has been taking our clothes for repairs/dry cleaning here for about 15 years, granted it’s not a regular stop, but a few times a year. In November I found a hole in my coat (for me it was expensive) so she dropped it off & picked it up for me. When I went to put it on, I found the hole still there & a shirt falls out of it. I thought ‘oops someone’s clothes got mixed in’. I pick up the shirt and feel wetness, I lay the shirt out & there’s a stain that smells (see picture below). It was white the next day.
My mom took my coat back in & the shirt, simply for them to be aware that they probably mixed someone’s laundry in with ours. The owner said they’d fix the correct hole & have the coat dry cleaned for the inconvenience, & I’m thinking ‘how nice’, because I was going to clean it after. About 5 days later she picks up the coat, they fixed the hole but singed the faux fur! Just great.
I tried for 3 days to get a hold of the supervisor. First time I call a young lady told me he wasn’t there, I gave her my info to have him call me back. No call back. Second time I call a lady answered & I asked for the supervisor, she goes we don’t have one, I asked so there’s no management there, she goes the owner, I said I’d like to talk to the owner then, she said well what do you want, I told her the story with the coat, she apologized for being rude (thought I was a telemarketer) she then informed me that he doesn’t work that late in the day. Third time I call a young lady answered, I asked for the owner (yes I’m irritated at this point) & I hear the young lady hand the phone over & say this is the lady with the coat, I want to listen to what she says, when the lady got on the phone I asked were you guys just talking about me?, she said oh no honey. I eventually get to the owner, Todd. Oh Todd, what a guy. I explain to him the situation that’s been going on & how my biggest issue is my hood & how I did not get it back in good condition. He starts on the nasty shirt & how he’s the only guy who works there & how dare I accuse him of being the one to do that. First I never accused him, I even told him the shirt wasn’t my issue, because again I assumed it was a customers shirt mixed in. I told him how I appreciated his offer to dry clean my coat after that incident, however my hood was messed up (see photo below) it looks singed now. His response well I followed the care instructions on the hoodie, so it would be the manufacturers fault. I said are you f*ing kidding me? I thought you were the professional, He loudly says No! I am not f*ing kidding you!... No apology, no ownership. I said well if that TRULY were the case you would’ve read the first line on the tag (see below) that says ‘REMOVE DETACHABLE ACCESSORIES’. Uh the hood zips off guys. He proceeded to blame the manufacturer again & refers back to the shirt (come on Todd, we didn’t think it was you, we assumed it was a nasty customers, but all this makes me question it). Now my coworker gets in the conversion because it’s going no where. For 20 minutes him, me & my coworker are going back & forth. She says what I’m thinking no apology, no solution, just defense & turning it around on me. When we mention writing a review he says he’ll get his lawyer involved because it’s illegal to write a review. She told Todd to take a breath & calm down (why are we calming down the owner who messed up my coat?). It wasn’t until my coworker asked Todd, if you took your slacks in to get dry cleaned & they came back with a new stain, would you find this professionally acceptable? & he responded well no... then he FINALLY comes up with two solutions; to sew new faux fur on my hood or contact the manufacturer for a new hood. I would rather not destroy the coat completely so I will find my own solution or purchase a new coat when I can afford to. At this point I can’t believe the entire experience, so I have decided I will not be doing my business there or any place affiliated with them.

Grateful for a local dry cleaner to still exist, like Picasso Cleaners. How quickly they turn around a garment is incredible, especially for how reasonable their rates are. I take all of my sport coats here.

North Canton Laundromate Open 24 Hours

Our washer at house broke. Took my sons' clothes there to wash. Put them in 90# washer. Washed them and machine finished but would not unlock. Called and texted number provided on wall. Can't leave voicemail...  No return text... left tag on machine....  went back following day machine was open and clothes were gone - not in lost in found.  90% of my sons' - more than 1 - clothes are gone now - jeans, sweatshirts, underwear, etc.
DO NOT GO HERE!

I love to come here and get all my laundry done so quickly! They have big washers and even reimburse you if washer or dryer mouth functions and take your money! The refund is sent in the mail very quickly. I got it maybe 3 days after! I live closer to many laundromats, but I take the extra trip and always come here! 😁

First of all this laundromat looks sketchy from the outside. The parking lot is behind the actual parking lot. I asked a weird guy that was coming out if it was clean on the inside and he said "mostly". He looked just like Jeffrey Dahmer, same glasses and everything. I decide to walk in and find out that there's FREE WiFi, updated digital machines that accept coins and debit cards and tap to pay!!!!! At this point it's only getting better. This laundromat has a bathroom, a sink, snack and drink vending, a soap center, laundry bag machine, seating, a coin machine, dryers work within 12 to 18 minutes tops which depends on how much you load inside. I was out of there within an hour. Dryers 14 to 18 are equipped with top notch quality heat. I'll definitely return in the future and recommend this place to others. Thumbs up 👍

I have been coming here off and on for the past 3 years. The place could definitely use new tiles. Most of the dryers are out of service And the air vents need Cleaned bad.

First yo machine was jammed and ate over a dollars worth of quarters. Then when I use my card on a 5.25 washer y'all double charge me. And when I call to ask y'all's voice mail is full. How y'all gonna just snatch $10 from y'all's customers is beyond me.
