I came into town for a wedding and didn’t have a chance to get my suit, and dress shirt cleaned and pressed before I left home.  I saw that Rite had really good reviews and a fast turnaround.  Check in process was quick and easy and my wife needed a button fixed on her dress.  They got everything done on time and everything looked great.  I am headed to the wedding now looking good thanks to Rite.  And my wife’s button was fix for free.  I appreciate it.

Long story short ~my basement flooded, BAD. So much was ruined but the saddest to me was my father's veteran funeral flag which came unfolded and just a mess. I called around price shopping on having it cleaned, Rite Cleaners cleaned it for free and because they were veteran Boy Scouts they folded it in that beautiful triangle that was handed to my heartbroken mom so many years ago. My heart was full when I picked it up. Please give these people your business because they are so nice and respectful in a world that is not! I'm so very appreciative!!! The flag is Beautiful!!!

Got two down alternative comforters cleaned. They came out beautifully. Like new and they are years old. The two women working there ( one younger, one older) are so nice. And it was HOT in there as it was a very hot day. Def impressed. Kudos to those girls they work hard.

Very helpful, I went in for several different services. Got my suit jacket dry cleaned as well as a comforter cleaned. I then had 3 pairs of pants tailored and hemmed. Got them back all great! My only complaint was I did not receive notice if my items were done but upon calling they were extremely helpful and polite. Will be coming back in the future

The best service I've ever received from a cleaners. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.  The price was very reasonable.  I greatly appreciate Beth who fixed a pair of pants I needed for a special event with a quick turnaround.  Overall outstanding service.

very disappointed that this location is no longer offering hangars for my disabled grandmothers fluff and fold service. Explained the situation and even offered to pay an additional service fee! It is frustrating that they cannot even make accommodations for those that have limited mobility. We have been a customer for about a year! We frequently send in her loads as she is not able to do her own laundry like she wants and DO Summers was her request.

Overall laundry services are decent and communication with Deanna at the Solon location is good. However, we will be sending in less loads since upper management has made this abrupt change.

I have used this service for several years and WAS very pleased.

However, for the last 9 months whichever location is servicing Aurora has completely fallen apart. I get garments that are frequently wrinkled or damaged. I've also gotten the wrong garments that aren't even mine on more than one occasion. In addition, they constantly break buttons on my shirts. I tried to discuss this with a manager 6 months ago and he blamed the shirt brand, however, they are breaking buttons (or damaging them) on all my shirts. After speaking with a manager over the summer, things got better for a month before the damage started occurring again.

The final straw before canceling my service was when I got to an event for a work trip, and my button was completely missing. I'd have sewn the replacement on, but they already took it cause they had just broken another one. Very frustrating. I've since cancelled service.
