I signed my dad up for the laundry pickup and delivery service several months ago. They were very accommodating about signing him up with a phone call since he doesn’t have a smart phone. They also took the extra step of adding my email to his account so I have his receipts. Laundry might seem like a minor service but it means he gets to stay in his house longer and since I am out of state, I have peace of mind that he is not going up and down stairs. He uses it weekly and appreciates how prompt and helpful they are. He says his clothes and linens are soft and perfectly folded every week! I wish every service I needed for him was as reliable as this one!

My mom and I have used Pleats now for a few months and they are awesome. Being homebound and unable to do our own laundry they are awesome when it comes to pick up and delivery along with their willingness to help with our basic needs. This was my first time trying pleats after having not so great experiences other places. I walked in pleats and the lady was so friendly, checked me in and told me when my comforters  would be ready! I came back the day they texted me and they had both of them packaged up so nicely in easy to carry bags! The man who checked me out and helped me find them also asked if I wanted help out to my car! Everyone was so kind and I will be back and telling everyone I know about them!
