The girls at rodeo are NOTT fault for any ‘cleaning’ problems. We have been with them now over two solid years and at least WKLY DROP OFF and PICk up. They don’t just sit around waiting for stuff to come and then grow it in a bag. They have to inspect for buttons they the CUSTOMER, did not unbutton as they request, they have to sort and tag each load even from one customer whether it is dry clean laundry, starch preference etc. they call us back if the cleaners have a problem with an ‘old ‘ shirt’ or possible tears etc . But, if YOU the CUSTOMER don’t know what to tell them and YOU GET IT WRONG, it’s NOT their fault. On the contrary, these gals will call us and explain if this ‘material’ is suitable for whatever because they know their business and material ! And they care! If You the customer dont know then ASKED THEM! Don’t blame them for your ignorance or lack of knowledge of how to wash. Or you could just call your mother first.

I am not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. One blouse went back, sleeves of my white winter jacket did not completely clean. My cardigan with rabbit fur accessory was not put back the way it was and it seems they’ve ruined it to where it won’t stay put. This is something that went along with my wedding dress and bought it in Germany. Also, I turned in my husbands custom made hat from LIDS to clean for the first time and they have completely ruined that, it looks like I have thrown it just like that in the regular wash Maschine. Never again.

My frustration with this business is their inconsistent hours. I dropped my clothes off on Monday June 24th. I get a text midafternoon on Wed the 26th that my clothes were ready and they were only open till 6pm. I am a single dad and work and wasn’t able to make it. I tried to pick my clothes up on Friday the 28th and they were closed. I needed my clothes for work. After repeated calls and text that were ignored for several hours I was able to get them to respond and he did meet me to give me my clothes. He acted very aggravated and treated me as if I was inconveniencing him. The following week they did the same thing only open two days that week. I need someone much more dependable so I didn’t go back. They are a nice elderly couple and their price is fair but that are not consistent or dependable.

Dropped off my boyfriend’s graduation gown and stole and they came out perfect! Service was inexpensive as well! Will definitely be coming back!

Has 4 folding chairs only. Got rid of all the chairs for vending machines and two massage chairs I've never seen anyone use. Ever. Washers still take your money and need a screw driver to fix it, most work though. 4 new dryers, but out of 28 dryers I think only 8 work properly. The rest will leave your clothes still damp. They have a 20 minute limit but they take an hour to dry clothes properly.

Bathroom honestly depends on who is working. It's 50/50 if it's locked or not.

Machines are ancient and takes forever to put in all your quarters. Free dryers, but not really cost it cost twice the price to wash. But the staff are friendly.

I've been using this laundry off and on for more than 20 years because it's convenient to a bus route. Not the cheepest but dryers are free if they are working. Sometimes dryers work, sometimes they don't. There are always at least a few that don't. Washers are a mix of new and old machines, including several extra large washers for heavy loads. There is always an attendant on duty. Some of them are very helpful, some make it very clear that they don't want to bothered. You can usually buy soap, etc. if attendant is willing. But there is a Dollar Tree in theshopping center with better prices and service. buy s Place is usually clean and quiet. Not the greatest place to wash clothes, but not the worst.

Most of the dryers don't work. The staff is rude. Will never go back. Seriously saw one dude throw just a shirt and underwear in one dryer and a single towel in another. All other working dryers were full. Most dryers run only cold, they don't get your stuff dry at all. The washers steal your money, they have to use a screw driver to get it out. Don't try to get it yourself. You'll be yelled at. Hope you don't need a bathroom. They keep it locked at all times now.

I use to really like this place until they damaged an expensive item of mine and sent it back to me without saying a word to me. The item was brand new, I know they noticed the damage because it was the first thing I noticed when I removed it from the bad. Shame on them for their dishonesty.

My experience was somewhat uncalled for, as I took my two dress shirts as I regularly do, but the unexpected happened. When I got my shirts back, and one of them had a stain on it that was not there before. I had shown the lady at the counter this after looking over the garment, and she said that she would send it back for a redo. I saw this is a kind action since reduce we're no longer in their policy. I was mistaken. After I got the shirt back, I noticed the steam was still there and wanted to talk with her on how to further "iron the situation out" so to speak. She then gave me a number to call, and instructed me to look over the policy.after looking over the policy and heading out of store, I called the number and found out that I would have to call again when the manager was in. This did not bother me since I wanted to get it handled any way possible. Calling back the next day, today, February 14th 2020, I was met crankily, was told that she didn't want to argue because it was Valentine's Day, and told me I had no basis for my claim due to the policy stating that they are not responsible for removing any stain. This, however, does not address the causation of the stain. She then impolitely said that she felt as if the conversation was done, and threatened me to take her to small person's court before she abruptly hung up on me.

I understand the problems that she may face daily, but that is no excuse for how I was treated and belittled as a customer today.

The owner is a very sweet and polite lady. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed nicely. She is super friendly and her prices are fair. I have been using Rothem cleaners for about 20 years. It's nice to have them in the neighborhood.

Took a white comforter to get cleaned on Thursday, was advised would be ready by noon on Friday, went to pickup it was not there. Then was told by close. Called to verify and it still wasn't there. Then was told come Saturday morning.  Called around 10 still not there. Finally got comforter after 1pm.  If you offer same day or even next day this is what customers should receive.

I have been dealing with the Rothem cleaners once a week for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience with them. They are always pleasant and my cloths are ALWAYS back on time and in great shape. I have had one broken button in all these years.

The alterations is a scam. The price went up like 50% and they charge transaction fees on credit card. I took my husband's coat to be cleaned before Thanksgiving and she kept it until THE NEW YEAR. I was told it takes longer for his type of material (leather/suede). I paid in advance for my son's coat and this one. She did NOT fix the fur collar on my son's coat (stuck a safety pin on it) and when I finally got the other coat back, she presented it to me in plastic. Upon taking it home, my husband realized it was NEVER CLEANED...no problem, but you didn't refund me the $60 you charged, which is dishonest.  DO NOT take anything to have cleaned there...you'd be better off machine washing and hoping for the best.

The owner/operator is so nice and helpful and does great work. I've taken my suits there for dry cleaning since 2018 and I've always been happy. I've had her do repairs every now and then too

Love this place. She can do everything clean, crease, press and alterations. An added benefit is its right next to where I get my hair cut

I have had a very good experience getting shirts and pants pressed here. Nothing fancy about it. Basic laundry services. I would recommend to family and friends, if that helps.

I picked up my two dress shirts and was told it cost me $15 and was told the reason so high was because they were polyester blend and needed to be cleaned a special way.  one of the shirts came from Walmart and cost $20 🤷🏿‍♂️………I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be doing business here anymore after years of patronage

Let me start by saying the customer service was awesome. The two people I talked to were very helpful.  BUT they absolutely ruined my hat. After sending in back for the 3rd attempt I’ve given up on the hat. The brim has been melted and is wavy. There is no structural integrity on it any longer and at this point I’m so frustrated with dry cleaning that I won’t do it anymore. Please don’t tell people yall can dry clean hats.

I know for a fact I’ve dropped clothes off in the evening and they were done the next evening. Apparently that’s too hard to do now. Which is crazy because it’s always empty I guess business is booming though with your worker’s attitudes. And the lady working had the nerve to lecture me about being unprepared? Cool now I know what dry cleaner to avoid.

Good service and enjoy staff.  Once you use consistently they actually get to know you by name.  Even had an issue with a crease being wrong on a suit jacket and they fixed it.  Always good to see someone pride their self in doing it right and fixing it when it’s not.

I have been using Swiss Cleaners for too many years to count, and am in the fashion business too! They are always responsive to any issues and my clothes look fabulous! This is not the least expensive option for drycleaning in town, if that is what you are looking for, by all means go to lots of other places? But if you want someone who will take care of the investment you have made in your wardrobe, this IS the PLACE to have your drycleaning done! I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else!

This is a really good place to wash your laundry. They open early and they have an array of max washers and dryers. Plenty of space to sit and wait on your laundry without feeling like you're in the way of others. Also it was very cool inside. There are fans through the establishment to keep you cool on hot days. Also when you get your change to wash they have cups you can use right next to the change machine so you don't have to carry it .I thought that was a great idea for customers.

I use this place all the time for my elderly dad; they do wash and fold by the pound and they do an amazing job at a great price. They're open from 7a-7p, every day, I think. Things that need folded come back folded and shirts that need to be put on hangers are hung up very nicely on wire hangers—I think they even hit them with the iron. You have the option of using fabric softener and even All Free and Clear as a detergent. Very kind of staff as well!

I am 8 months pregnant, and today my boyfriend and I went to this laundromat where Socks of Love was helping those in need of laundry cleaning to do laundry we desperately needed washed. I used a large loader, which cost $6.25. My boyfriend also used one. We did not overload it and we used enough laundry soap. Neither of our clothes were clean after it finished the cycle.

My boyfriend went to the manager (I assume, because she was in the office. She has braces) and she said “They don’t have an agitator, the clothes are the agitator. We don’t do any refunds, it’s your fault for overloading it”  Okay, I can get that, BUT, another customer came up to me as I was loading the large loader and showed me a large stuffed animal she had washed with a few other stuffed animals and warned me to ensure I put enough in the washer so my clothes would be clean.

The large loaders look like they fit about 3-4 loads of laundry. I had about 2, 2 & 1/2 loads in the washer. I feel bad for Socks of Love, they gave $10 in quarters to each customer needing assistance and each customer who used the large loaders came up to me and warned me about them (4 different customers within an hour to an hour and a half).

On another note, the small loaders, which cost $2.50 worked well, and the load my boyfriend did in that specific one was clean. But it is very, very small, smaller than your average washer. I would avoid this place at all costs. Buyer beware.

Most of their machines are either out of order or just messed up in some way. Definitely not recommended. It's cheap and deserves that word.

I’ve been here several times in the past, but stopped coming no particular reason, I visited today and attempted to use the change machine because a lady that was washing told me that the change machine with the torn paper works after getting coins from it the manager comes out of the back room clearly upset that I had got change and told me next time to come to her and she’ll get it out herself?? It didn’t make sense to me as she was saying it so I asked “I have to hand you my dollar just so you can proceed to get money from the exact same coin machine I just did, i handed her my dollar and watched her as she did what I JUST did , I didn’t understand what the difference between what she had done vs what I had because it was the exact same thing :o as I pointed it out again that it didn’t make sense to me she proceed to walk away and YELL across that laundry mat to me that it does make sense and other things, so basically they have it like that so that it doesn’t inconvenience customers for their quarters but what’s inconvenient is to deal with an attitude like hers because she’s tired of people “stealing” her quarters

23rd & Ann Arbor Laundry

Great little laundromat! The women who work there are NOT rude, they're just very busy and speak mainly Spanish. Machines DO NOT take coins. You pay the lady and she uses a card to start your machine. Just tell her the water temp and length of cycle you want and that's it! I have no complaints about their machines, they work great!

Night attendant likes to blame customers rather than fix problems with the machines. When the spin cycle failed on a 4 loader, she blamed us for putting too much soap in, despite the fact that one has nothing to do with the other and there was no soap feel or scent on the clothes in question. It is easy to reset these machines for specific sections of operation, and she did so for another customer not even 10 minutes later. Time to take my monthly Cnote  to top spin.

I’ve been going here for years. They have a decent spot, as far as washers and free dryers but bad customer service. You have the option to buy a card for $5 or use the operator’s card. I have my own card that used to pay for 2 machines.  I accidentally paid for a stranger’s wash next to mines and instead of the woman using the money he paid her to start my wash, she said no because it was due to my own confusion. The time before that she wouldn’t let my 7 year old daughter use the restroom, even though we were paying customers and just waiting for our clothes to dry, because she had already cleaned up for the night. Only when I said she’ll pee on your floor is when she let her use it. There’s are 2 new laundromats less than 1/2 a mile up the street. Go anywhere else.

Customer service is very lacking due to uneducated employees and management. See attached photos of so called unauthorized business practices in OKC, Oklahoma Co. Busniess has been reported to both City and County Authorities for unfair business practices and price gouging of customers. Please see attached photos for proof. The laundry is a very well kelp place you wash and dry free for 40 minutes, they have sing le loads. Triple loads, five loads and I think 8-9 load definitely is my spot when it comes to washing my clothes 😊
