Staff has always been friendly and polite! Prices are reasonable. Decent service. I’m typically bringing hard to iron clothes. I have no complaints with cleaning or pressing.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER; USE OAKWOOD CLEANERS INSTEAD. HERITAGE CLEANERS RUINED MY $7000 BRAND NEW, UNWORN TOM FORD BLAZER AND THE OWNER TRIED TO SAY IT WASN'T THEM. Honestly, I've never in my life experienced such a lack of accountability from an owner of a business. BUYER BEWARE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU USE ANY OTHER DRY CLEANING COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I recently dropped off some items to be cleaned by this cleaners, after having read the reviews, thinking "they can't be that bad, everyone deserves a shot." WRONG! The reason you take items to the dry cleaners is to have them cleaned professionally so you get your items fully clean and do not damage materials. This was not the experience, and how they handled it thereafter was ABYSMAL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After having pointed out my silk pillowcases now felt more like polyester after their "cleaning." I was told to wait for a call from the "manager." That was a week ago, still no call, no restitution, no apology or even admittance of sub-par service. Instead, a week after I was supposed to have them back, I am told "guess you will have to wait longer." If you want the experience of paying to mess up your items that you could do yourself for free or if you even have more time on your hands than you know what to do with and would like to waste some of it. Feel free to drop off your items here! NEVER AGAIN! If I had the pillowcases I would attach pictures but apparently they are still with "the manager."

Friendly on-time service! The dry cleaning and press have been satisfactory so far. Though I have not brought them anything really expensive or that requires special attention like sequins, etc.

New to area. Took in three pieces, and one was a designer white coat that had only been worn once. The spot on the front of the coat was rubbed so hard that the material of the coat is now noticeably flawed. At suggestion of the clerk, I left the coat to see if they could remedy the situation. Went to pick it up and not only was the flaw worse, the coat had short black hairs all over it that required the clerk to have to use a lint brush on a dry cleaned item. I guess they are not used to folks opening up the bag and inspecting clothing. Paid for my item and won’t be back.
