Tide Cleaners

I dropped off a formal dress to be dry cleaned. It was a pretty quick turnaround, but they sent my garment to another Tide location across town without my knowledge or approval. When I came to pick it up after receiving my confirmation text the automated kiosk told me it in fact wasn’t ready. I spent 20 minutes standing in the lobby at 2:30/3pm on Wednesday on the phone customer service (because the service button on the kiosk doesn’t work) before they told me it wasn’t even at this store I dropped it off at and they somehow never returned it to my original location. While I was there a sweet elderly couple came in looking to ask someone a question about things they need cleaned. No one was inside the building at all during their operating hours. I spent 15 minutes googling the answers for them right there in the lobby. Very disappointing for a first time customer trying to find a new dry cleaners in West Nashville. Customer service agent brandy was fantastic and very sweet. I really appreciated her help and having them transfer the garment back (hopefully tomorrow). UPDATE (two days later): I received my garment, but there was still a giant stain on it when I got home. Came back to see if they could do a rewash and no one was present at the building I could talk to about it. Customer service says I need to drive across town to take to a different location where someone will be present. ???? Why are customers going through hoops and driving all over the city in order to solve this.

BEWARE! First time using Tide Cleaners. I dropped of two custom duponi silk curtains from the Curtain Exchange. They assured me they could clean them. Just a maintenance refresh - nothing crazy. and they are both RIPPED from top to bottom. And weirdly damp? I’m sick to my stomach!

Customer experience and pride is what I take in performing my job at this store and it shows.. we offer some of the best and most efficient alterations and next day dry cleaning. Not to mention same day rush wash and fold!!!!

I recently visited Tide Cleaners at the White Bridge location, and I cannot express how impressed I was with their service! Nick, who works there, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure my items were perfectly cleaned and delivered promptly. His attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service truly set him apart. From now on, Tide Cleaners will be my one and only cleaners. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

I used to have a Tide Cleaner box inside my apartment complex and I hated having to leave it when I moved into my house. So I was elated to find the location that opened up at White Bridge! Amazing customer service and could not be happier with my clean and starched dress shirts! Definitely recommend!!
