Coin Laundry At Boyd's Creek

I was shocked at how well maintained this laundromat was. Clean, tidy, smelled good. I have not been to a laundromat in 15+ years. My washer decided to break and the technician is 3 weeks in on trying all kinds of parts to fix it. I Googled many places and I kept on going back to this one. It is 21 minutes from home, passed 2 others just to come to this one. It has free wifi, tables to sit at, soda machine, game machine, laundry product machine, Directv, restrooms, carts, folding tables and change machine. $2.50 for smaller washer, (I used smaller washer, 30 minute wash time) $4.00 for larger, $0.25 for dryers(based on how many minutes you want). 24 hour laundromat. I was the only one there on a Saturday afternoon. I will definitely come back if I ever need to again ! 5 stars! 🌟 ⭐🌟 ⭐ 🌟

I was able to get my laundry done, but ... there was pee all over the toilet seat and floor in the restroom (which I wiped up), there were machines that weren't working but that weren't marked as out of order, and the dryers cost twice what I've paid at any laundromat on the East Coast - from FL to PA. When the washers got to going you shake in your seat at one of the two picnic-like tables. There are three folding tables and several rolling laundry baskets. There is a change machine and a Soap Center machine. There is also an ATM. There is an arcade machine with sound effects on a loop that will drive even the most sane person bonkers after an hour. There is plenty of parking. There really isn't parking for medium to large RVs, unless you park across spaces if they're not busy. There was not an attendant on duty.

Surely it would be a nice place if the people who used the facility actually took care of the place. Most of the washers have powder in the liquid spot because they can't read. They let their kids jump all over the tables with their dirty feet where clean laundry is supposed to be folded. They dump laundry soap on the floor and just leave it there. A literal mess to say the least.

Small, cute, and clean. It’s $2.50 per wash load in the small washers and a quarter for dryers. Has change machine, atm, soda machine, and Glaga. A few folding tables. But not open 24hrs.

I have only used this place once and it was definitely enough for me. Definitely won’t be going back. The place was dirty and nasty, the washers were filthy. Floors were littered with paper and hadn’t been swept or mopped in no telling how long. The washers I used had to be cleaned before I could even use them. Owners definitely don’t take care their business. My advice, stay away, find some other place to do your laundry. Deserves a negative 5 star rating but scale doesn’t go that low.
