I have personally tried several dry cleaners in the Knoxville area and this location is at the top of the list. Quality service completed in a timely manner. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. 5/5 stars

Our creative 2-year-old grandson used a permanent marker and made large designs on two velvet chair cushions. We took them to Farragut Cleaners, never really expecting they would come clean. Two days later, Karen called and said they had gotten the marks out of the covers! They are perfect! Farragut Cleaners did an amazing job and they have my confidence and future business! I dropped off one of my favorite down comforters to be cleaned and they did not disappoint! Came back soft and practically brand new. Very affordable as well $40 bucks to clean a king size comforter! Will be back!

I used Farragut cleaners to alter 3 pairs of jeans. There was a miscommunication and I was misquoted on price. I was also not happy with the alterations done. I reached out to the owner and he was incredibly kind and quick to respond. While I wouldn’t take alterations back there, I fully support a business with such great customer service and would use them for any dry cleaning needs!
