My son and his new wife took their suit and wedding dress to US Cleaners in Farragut the day before flying out of the country on their honeymoon. US Cleaners gave them a price, they agreed upon it, prepaid, and planned to pick up their dry cleaning when they returned. Unfortunately, on the first day of their honeymoon out of the country, they received a voice mail from US Cleaners saying that the prices in their computer were wrong and that they owed another $93.28. I then get a call from my daughter in law who is understandably upset and doesn't know what to do, so I told her I would go to the Cleaners and find out what was going on. When I arrived at the Cleaners the employee that was working at the time was aware of the wedding dress and explained that the young man that took my daughter in law's dress was unaware that the prices in the computer were from 2022 and should have charged her more... This is NOT my daughter in laws fault and should NOT have been her concern on what should be the happiest time of her life!! I asked for the dress and the employee told me that it had already been sent out so I paid the $93.28 and gave them my number and asked that they only call me and to please not bother my daughter in law on her honeymoon. Three weeks have passed with no call, and my son and his wife are back. My daughter in law went to US Cleaners and they proceeded to tell her I asked for the dress to be boxed, which is absolutely not true. When my daughter in law questioned the owner about it and prices were compared, the owner got mad and then refused to clean the dress that they had said was already sent out to be cleaned three weeks before! She then refused to clean it and said she was going to refund the money. The money was refunded. It was all refunded to my daughter in law's credit card, and when I called to inquire since my card had been charged the owner was terribly rude to me. This entire situation was handled in a very poorly and I would not recommend using this dry cleaner.

I dropped my wedding dress and husbands suit off after our wedding, paid to have everything cleaned up front, and left for my honeymoon. While on my honeymoon, I got a voicemail from the company saying they haven’t updated their prices in the computer in 2 years. If I wanted my dress cleaned, I owed them another $90. My mother in law paid it. A total of 3 weeks went by and I went to pick everything up. I spoke to the owner who was very rude and hostile. Her employee apologized for the hostility even. She tried telling me that my mother in law came to pay to have the dress boxes. I played her the voicemail that her employee left and said “the price we paid doesn’t even fit with your boxing prices “ (boxing price $270). She then told me my dress hadn’t been sent out yet (3 weeks after my wedding). I was so frustrated. She ended up hanging up and calling me back saying she wouldn’t clean my dress and I had to pick it up across town at their king cleaners location. They did give me a refund but this is horrible customer service, I refuse to agree to a price only to have to pay more after the fact, and they didn’t even send my dress out. I would not go here. It’s shady business.

My go to location. Only issue is their opening hour is shown as 0730 on Google but they don’t open until 0830 per the sign on the door.

We had a small issue with an alteration I paid for and I was impressed how they took the jacket back to get it fixed without charging any extra. Moments like that really separate the great customer service companies from the rest. I'll definitely be a regular client now
