I dropped off four pairs of dress slacks for dry cleaning on Saturday. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and personable! (She even asked how to properly pronounce my name!) As I was almost to my car, this amazing young woman chased me out to ask about one particular pair of slacks. (Did I want to keep the front-crease....) The order was scheduled to be completed by Wednesday. On Monday, I received a call from this same young woman, letting me know that my slacks were done early, and that I could pick them up at any time. When I picked them up, she was so friendly and cheery, and even remembered how to pronounce my name! This young woman is EXACTLY why customers return to any place of business. Sure, the quality of the cleaning must be good, and all other business considerations must be positive, but TRULY, people become LOYAL to a business because of the way they are treated. Kudos to the outstanding employee who was on duty at this location on Saturday 4-12 and Monday 4-14!

I had to get 7 pairs of pants hemmed and altered at the waist. They were able to get them taken care of in about 2 weeks, and the work was incredible! The price was a little more than I had expected, however it was WELL worth it for the quality of the alterations.

I had seen the previous review of a rude woman, but that was 4 years ago.. figured it could have been an off day and decided I’d give this place a shot. They have a nice place you can pull up and drop off and pick up your items. I pulled up and the lady inside was on the phone talking and laughing. She avoided eye contact. After waiting a minute or 2, I decided I would head to UPS first as she didn’t seem to be available. I turned the van around and she came out the door rolling her eyes, and visibly showing her annoyance with me for pulling off, so I pulled back to the door. Even my children noticed and wondered why she was mad at me. “I was on the phone with my boss, I couldn’t just hang up!” she testily announced to me when I came up. “That’s fine. I’m just in a hurry. I don’t understand why you’re mad at ME..” I responded.. I’m very anti-confrontational normally, but felt the need to stand up for myself a little bit here, as it was so bizarre. She was very huffy and continued to talk about how she couldn’t just hang up on her boss.. $20 for 2 sports coats to be cleaned and to be treated like that.. I’ll find another place

Would never recommend this business. Terrible service at the desk. Lady completely clueless. Charged a fortune and clothing returned looking as dirty as it was when it was dropped off. I will not take anything there again and will not recommend to friends and family.
