Michelle cleaners is THE BEST. We had a ball at our wedding and my wife’s dress got really dirty. Like spray tan, dirt, the whole 9 yards. Michelle cleaners got it looking brand new and had it professionally sealed! I called because of the reviews and was immediately connected to the owner, who got more details and gave a fair price. I came across Michelle Dry Cleaners while scrolling on IG. I checked out the work they did on their IG page and decided to give them a try especially since I’ve been looking for a place for alternations. I needed a place that specialized in Sweet 16 dresses as my daughter had 2 dresses and I had one. I decided to give them a try and sent a message to the IG page and received a response within the next few hours that allowed me to make an appointment. They accept walk ins however since I live in the Bronx, I preferred to make an appointment. When meeting Michelle it felt as though we’ve known her for years. She’s so welcoming, friendly, professional and has an eye for detail. I loved that Michelle included us in the alternation process and wasn’t just making decisions herself. Michelle and her team saved the day. Our dresses came out perfect. They did such an amazing job that my aunt also decided to get her dressed altered as well. I’m so grateful that IG recommended Michelle Dry Cleaners to me. They accept cash or card.

I truly cannot begin to thank Michelle enough! She tailored my wedding dress, bridal lehenga top, and my husband’s sherwani for our wedding in December of 2023 and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She was so patient throughout the whole process and offered multiple trials to make sure that the dress fit me absolutely perfectly before the big day. We had gone to a different tailor for my bridal lehenga and husband’s sherwani before we knew Michelle also tailored Indian clothes- unfortunately, the first tailor messed up our clothing but Michelle saved the day and was able to fix both of them just a few weeks before we had to go to the wedding. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I’m so grateful she was able to help make us look so beautiful on our special day. She also did a wonderful job with preserving my dress and cleaning my husband’s tux after the wedding. Her prices are very fair considering how skilled she is! If you are in any need of dry cleaning or tailoring services, I highly highly highly recommend her. Also, just want to say a big thank you to Felix as well who made this process so enjoyable and always gave me his professional styling advice and would hype us up during our fittings.
