Stuy Wash N Dry

Stuy Wash N Dry is an amazing laundry service! I can’t say anything about their actual location, but I use their pick up/drop off delivery service and it’s amazing and absolutely convenient! They give you a two hour window, and tend to come on the earlier side, and they pick up whatever laundry you have, wash it, fold it, and deliver it back to you as soon as the next day! I absolutely hate folding so I love that they fold for you, and I could not be happier with their service!

I’ve been using them for awhile for my mom however things went really south and we will no longer be using there services. We received the bill for $58 at night then in the morning it was $73. When we called and proceeded to ask how and why that is, we were told they didn’t realize they forgot a blanket. Now that doesn’t make sense and how does a blanket increase the price up almost $20. After paying the bill nobody came during the delivery window time. This isn’t the first time this happened. When we called to ask where is our drop off the guy is telling us we didn’t pay. I had two receipts and after going back and forth he magically found the payment in the system. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there is no manager working. The service is very horrible and went downhill. Won’t recommend them or be using them anymore.

found this space through a reddit forum and so happy that i did! i’ve had my fair share of unprofessional experiences with other services and this service is absolutely STELLAR! great communication the clothes came back super fresh and folded perfectly. the drivers to pick up and drop off come to my front door and their phone number works in case you have any questions. friendly, timely, and professional service thanks so so much would recommend to anyone +++ they even have seventy generation lavender for those who don’t use regular detergents! 100% found my spot!

I had a pair of brown yoga pants go missing, and the staff at Stuy were willing to not only replace them, but have their driver deliver the replacement package to my doorstep. I felt so silly when I realized they were at home the entire time! They handled it with grace. They were professional and kind even though I made a mistake. The service in general is impeccable. I have a lot of laundry that I separate into a hand dry bag that I’m very clear about, and I’ve still had a lot of issues in the past with other laundry mats just throwing everything into the dryer and ruining my clothes! The staff here really pay attention to detail, and my clothes are never ruined. I see other people here commenting on the staff being rude, but you get what you give man. I was nice and considerate to the staff about the miscommunication, and so were they in return. Everyone plays a part, and being kind to people who have a service running 6 days a week, FOR 13 HOUR DAYS, is key to making this world a better place. Your work is appreciated immensely by me! The people who host give you privacy and still make themselves available if you need help at the register. The prices are fair on Detergent. It’s always a friendly atmosphere with great music! It is rare that any machines are out of order. I have been going for 2 years now.
