I prefer to help small local businesses, but I must express my disappointment in this business's billing practice. I brought a handful of trousers and a suit jacket to be cleaned. When I came to pick them up, I was told what the price would be, then I was charged an amount higher than what they told me. I asked "Why the difference?" and I was told it was because of sales taxes. When I asked for an itemized receipt, it showed the price they originally told me, without the taxes. I asked again "Why the difference?" and they told me they cannot set up their computer to show the taxes. I sensed they were being dishonest and I will not take my business there again. This review is to warn potential customers to be attentive to what they charge you, and ask for the full estimate up front.

I took 3 tops in to be shorten and hemed. Lady didn't know how much they charged. I've taken pants in to be shorten and hemed before for $7.00 a pair, reasonable price. When I picked my tops up the same lady charged me $60.00, $60.00! For three tops. When I told her I should have been called and told this beforehand she just laughed. I will never ever go back for anything, ever

Went there to get a pair of slacks altered. The woman who took care of me didn't speak English very well so I had to repeat my request a few times before she got it right. When I asked her what the price would be she quoted me $15. When I picked them up, the price was $32???? I didn't complain cause I'm not wired that way. But the owner should school their employees about quoting prices if they're not sure. On the positive side, the alterations came out very well.

I have been using their business since 2022. Highly recommend. Even offer same day cleaning service.

Worse experience ever abd they laughed in my face. Dry cleaning maybe but NEVER go there for alterations. If you currently have a place you use stick with them. The prices may sound nice but you get what you pay for they will mess up your pants and yell at you for telling them and still charge you. Brought in a 100 dollar pair of express jeans price tag still on them and they messed them up with no remorse and refused to reimburse and STILL charged me for a terrible job. Then they brought a ignorant little girl in there to translate bc suddenly they didn't understand English. And she almost got an ear full for being in adult business but anyway off my rant. Oh and if you are military they don't care where they place your new patch compared to old so you will pick up a uniform with stitch lining marks on one side of your patch.
