Dry Clean Warehouse

Update: May 10, I ordered another tie from amazon and with the receipt I was able to get compensation for the lost tie and a refund of the cost they charged for dry cleaning. at this point I felt satisfied that they did everything they could to make me whole and make it right for me as the customer. Thank you to George, who is the manager and owner of this business. Another UPDATE: May 11, I just got a call stating they have found the tie. They requested to come pick it up. I will update with the conclusion to this whole ordeal. May 3, First time and Last time I will go and these these services! I brought in a 5 piece suit for my 8 yr old’s 1st communion. May 5, I went to pick up the items 2 days later, I found out the tie was not there. Firstly, they tried to tell me they didn’t have the coat but the coat was there, it was the tie that was missing. Ok fine, I thought, I had time before the communion I’ll come back. When I came back 2 days later they had a tie with my name to pick up but it wasn’t the tie I had dropped off with the set suit. It was an adult tie with rhinestones and wasn’t even white. The suit set was pure white and was a child style size with a rubber string to attach on. The person working there was very helpful, she called the park ave store and got in contact with “George” and instead of helping his coworker, he argued that “this” tie was my tie even though I clearly could tell it was not. She told me that he would correct this error and give me a call back when I could come pick up the correct tie. May 7, Went to see if the tie was found, but still not there. May 9, 2 days later my husband calls the Blanding location store and still no tie. The employee tells him to call the other store and speak with “George” so he does. Needless to say, they lost the tie. This man argued with my husband about how he could correct this error and how we could get a replacement due to the fact that I prepaid and now we would have to replace the item for the original set suit. The man had no sense of urgency for the fact that we would need this item for the communion ceremony in 5 days and argued how we were “disrespectful”. In conclusion, there was an agreement made to buy another tie and that we would be reimbursed for the new tie to replace the one lost. Will update tomorrow once I take the receipt for reimbursement…hopefully there will be less arguments in regards to this issue and I can have my son’s suit completed.

This was my first time using this business, and unfortunately, I will not be going back. I brought them six suits in to be cleaned and pressed. I picked them up today and immediately hung them in the closet upon getting home. Fast forward to tonight, I pulled out a blue suit from the static bags they were in and was in dismay at how bad it looked. It had wrinkles all over it and looked as if it wasn't cleaned at all. I figured this may be a coincidence/fluke, so I pulled out a black suit and observed the same. It genuinely looks like these weren't touched. They are wrinkled and had hair all over them. I could have done a better job with a lint roller and a steamer... very upset that I have to spend a few hours fixing this before wearing it tomorrow morning. You may think you're saving money here, but I'd recommend looking somewhere else if you want quality. I'll let the pictures of my "cleaned" and "pressed" suit speak for my review. Those pictures were taken minutes after removing them from the static bag.

My husband took uniform pants in there to be hemmed and dry cleaned, he was trying to have them longer than they previously had been. First error, the pants are the same original length. Second, gregarious error they pressed in a hard wrinkle. Last but not least, they left stains in the pants. Waste of money.

Best place ever for stains. If an Alien throws up on you, this place will get that stain out ! Best place, ever.

Would’ve given 6 stars if it were possible. Friendly staff who know me by name, wonderful dry cleaning at reasonable prices and can provide expert alterations.
