I dropped off two pairs of dress slacks to be dry cleaned at 7:15am. I received a text saying they were ready for pickup at 4:00pm the same day. The slacks were clean and looked great. They did not smell bad either. Some previous reviewers stated their clothes smelled bad when they picked them up. Mine did not smell bad. However, I did not have my slacks starched. Maybe it is the starch chemical that was making people’s clothes stink. Everything was great with my experience at this place. I would defiantly recommend this particular Legacy Cleaners location at NW 164th & May Ave.

Dropped off around 830am. Specifically asked if they would be done before 5. I was assured multiple time my clothes would be done by 5pm the same day. I had a trip out of town the following morning. So it was important that I had them before close the same day. Never received a text that they were finished. So I went in before 7pm(closing time). They said they were done and delivered to a different location. This location I have never been to. So I was unable to bring my clothes with me on my trip. Poor communication. With a huge lack of empathy or care for their customer. The clerk acted like it was my fault they were delivered to the wrong address, and then blamed it on her manager. Poor poor customer service. I do not recommend Legacy.

Love this place! I had a pretty bad stain on my tan jacket. Legacy made it a point to eliminate that stain. Thank you guy's for taking pride in your job. 👍🏿

Dropped off clothes on Monday and was told they would be ready by Tuesday. Went to pick up clothes and Tuesday and they still weren’t ready. Was told to come back on Wednesday. I went twice on Wednesday and clothes still weren’t ready. They were closed for Thanksgiving so I was told they would be ready by Saturday. Just went and my clothes still were not ready. Now I have to wait until Monday when I needed they clothes for TODAY! No one could give me any reasons as to why my clothes weren’t ready. When I asked to speak to he manager I was told I could call her on Monday! If I ever get my clothes back I will NOT be using them ever again!

Legacy Cleaners is a stand up local business! Their customer service exceeded my expectations. At first, I questioned my experience because my Keep it Local card was ignored but Monte and his great team promptly stepped in to correct a minor problem. Each piece of clothing was cleaned and lightly starched as requested. A job well done!
