Round-Up Cleaners

A few times I've gone to them, they never have my jeans ready on time or on the day they say they will and never use heavy starch on my jeans. No matter how often we tell them to do so or ask them nicely, they don't use heavy starch.

I have been using another cleaner for quite some time. I usually bring in a round of shirts and pants weekly. I decided to give Round Up a try. Wow, I’m impressed. My clothes came out much better. They appear cleaner and they are pressed much better. I had quite a few missing sleeve buttons on shirts and every single shirt came back with all the buttons. They took the time to check every button and replace any that were missing and at no extra charge.

I took some polos here to have them cleaned and ironed. I had to take them back because they had creased the sleeves and the collar. Even after explaining this and asking them to not crease the sleeves or collar, and having them do it again, they still creased everything. The person at the front suggested I do the ironing myself to get the creases out. Don't waste your money here.

Great customer service experience by far. They have a great service and the staff is friendly. They are quick, have a drive thru. If you drop off by 9:30 am you can have the clothing back the same day.

A+ service. Best in town, best I’ve ever had. Also, offer free pick up and delivery which is so convenient for our family!! Have even picked up urgent need items day of. Highly recommend their service.
