I’ve been a customer of Cleanbay since 2012 and would give them a dozen more stars ⭐️ if possible. The staff is always cheerful and helpful every time I come in to drop off or pick up my clothes. They have never lost an article of clothing in the past thirteen years which is a miracle. I drop off 15+ articles each week. Bravo Cleanbay. Chris McGarey

Do not trust this Drycleaner’s to get the job done right! They won’t even listen and follow a simple request as they promised!! Just another incompetent shady bunch of Vegas hustlers in my opinion who ruin clothes and change their story when they are confronted!! I will never use them again and I do not recommend them at all…don’t trust them to do the job and if they make a mistake they will try and shift blame on you! They will change their story and refuse to listen. Originally, I called the store first and I spoke to Sandy. I asked her if she (her cleaners) could help me with an issue. I called them first to make sure they could help me or not…long before I sent them my clothes! Sandy told they could try to get the smell out of two suits and two extra pair of pants another dry cleaner’s (yeah another bunch of bums) who used dirty chemical (old dirty chemical that is re-used over and over again) and she told me they would try to get the smell out of those suits and they would hold onto the items (I told them as long as they needed) and then send them back to me. I also then sent them an email detailing all the instructions in my request, what happened and what I needed with those contaminated items. I also packaged the clothes in separate bags as to not contaminate my other items that I was also sending them to get cleaned. Big Mistake!! I sent them several other items along with the two suits and extra pants and I listed all of that in my email to them. They responded to the email saying they would take care of it, and I also called back and spoke to Sandy two more times. What happened was long on promise and short on delivery. It was a complete mess… a clown show! What I got was all my items back very quickly (which would normally be great) except they did not even bother to try to get the smell out of the suits as I asked and as they promised. I spoke to two other of their employees on the phone and they had no idea of what I was taking about...LOL #$%^&*@! When Sandy finally got back on the phone with me she said “oh yeah…my manager and I smelled the clothes, and we could smell the chemicals…” and she explained that the suits should have been kept a little longer (as I asked in the first place…Duh!!!!) and they would return to pick them back up again and re-do them. After the items were sent in again for the re-do, another unidentified employee called me about lost items…What?? That is not the problem. Those suits and damage to those items is not their fault…it is the other cleaner’s fault. What is their fault is....they did not do what they said they were going to do and when they sent the suits back to me (still so smelly and wreaking in chemicals) they packaged those items in with two of my sweaters and two pair pants that had not been cleaned and had no issue before I sent them in to them. The chemicals from the suits contaminated both sweaters and both pants…both were completely ruined!! I tried calling in to speak to Sandy and the manager several times with no success. I finally got the manager, Lester, on the phone who basically refused to even listen to me and kept saying this was my fault. This is after he dodged my calls for two days. He would not let me speak to the owners at all nor even listen to what happened. He also got smart mouthed when I told him they owed me for ruining my clothes. He (they would not even refund my cleaning charges) from the sweaters and two pants. Remember, I called first and spoke to a senior employee, and I also emailed them a detailed request and I packaged all the items separately…and they still couldn’t get it right…and then they push denial…won’t listen…try to blame you and then smart off to you too!! This place is, in my opinion, is a den of pit vipers and incompetent idiots!! Don’t trust them to get the job done!! They cost me $200.00 in ruined clothes and wasted cleaning charges and a whole lot of time!!

This is the place to have your clothes cleaned and pressed. The owner and staff are very friendly and will take care of your needs. Give them a try and see the results.

This has been one of the worst experiences with a dry cleaner ever. I had to take an Uber to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the place was closed. I wasted 35 minutes on the trip there and back, and encountered some of the rudest and most ridiculous customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Really great and friendly service. Brought in a couple of my cosplay hoodies in to have them dry cleaned. Did a really good job in cleaning them and taking good care of one of them based on how delicate the designs were that had a stain near it. Also they were on time as well of when it will be ready for pick up. Definitely will be coming back here when I need to have some of my other cosplays that is in need to be dry cleaned
