Green Cleaner's Alteration

Really sad it you go here for alterations. I took a simple bowling shirt to be hem about 2 inches. Not only was it a piss poor job, not double stitched and not using black thread... but cost $15. Can't get it redone or I'll have a tube top.

When I came to Vegas, and I was in search of dry cleaners for my clothes, I found this place by chance and thought I should give it a try. Nope! Should not have trusted it. I went here a few times, and the third time I came here, I now know not to trust it. One day, I came here with my clothes and some shirts really needed to be cleaned. I spoke to a female there and after she convinced me that they can get the stains out, I left them with my clothes. I came back the next week, and they were ok. Not great, but passable. BUT there was one shirt that caught my eye, and it was horrible. The stain was there and now there is a big ring of something wet all over it. I spoke to... I believe the owner of the place. I explained that the shirt was still not clean and it seemed worse. I asked if he can clean it again or give me a refund just for that shirt. He got angry at me! Threatened me to get out and find another place and never come back because he did not want to help me at all. So I again specify again the issue. He then says he will not be in charge of something that cannot be cleaned. In the end, he informed me that he will clean it again but have no responsibility of it being in damage. Hearing that, I just left. I have never had this kind of service at a dry cleaners! First off, this is not professional. Secondly, he should just admit his fault and that they messed my shirt up. Its not that hard. I've never really had dry cleaners where they cannot clean any stains off. And if that happened, which was rare, they would refund me and apologize. Thats it. Thats all I wanted but to get shout at and to tell me to leave and that they will not be responsible for it, is not the way to go for future service. So just like that, as he wished, he has lost a customer and I believe will lose another one if he continues to act like that.
