When you walk in, right away you notice the age of the fixtures and the declining maintenance of the shop. The ceiling tiles have water damage and appear ready to fall at any time. The carpets are visibly dirty and stained. When dropping off, your garments are not cared for from the beginning. They are tossed into a large bin which is just as visibly aged as the shop. There are signs demanding payment upfront, which indicates there have been issues in the past with clients. The worker that takes your clothing seems to be clueless about the operations of the shop and has been given little to no training beyond the job of taking clothes and charging money. When asked if shirts were being laundered or dry cleaned, the worker did not know. A very important detail since I request to have my shirts laundered and pressed with no starch. It became immediately obvious to me that this was not a place that I should trust with my garments. So I asked them to give me back my garments and requested a refund for what I had just dropped off and a refund for a shirt that had been ruined from a previous drop off. I was asked to wait a half hour, a half hour of my time in which I did not have to wait around. I asked to speak to the manager to whom the worker had spoken to. She did not go into the back again, instead she got on the phone and began to make calls. Shortly after that a short gentleman with salt and pepper hair came to the front and explained/gave instructions and he continued past me not even giving me the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I again asked to speak with the manager, the worker again made some phone calls. After which she explained that a manager would call me in the morning. At this point I asked her to call whomever she spoke to and I would. Speak with her manager. Once she was on the phone it was explained to me that there was nothing anyone could do because she was gone. I insisted on getting a refund since I took my clothes back. She then said she would call her manager and call me back. After a few minutes I was handed the phone and spoke to another person who explained in a very condescending way that she was the only one that could process the refund but she was gone for the day. After some discussion, I told her that I expected a refund to be processed and to receive a refund for the shirt that was ruined. When I mentioned the ruined shirt, she was surprised and informed that she was unaware of any such shirt. She admitted that the owner was there but the owner would not speak to me because it was her job to handle customers. The amount of bureaucracy and levels of "managers" that are involved also make this a poorly run business as many people were not even aware of the issues that were happening in the shop. It is clear there is a disconnect of what is happening in the day to day and for the owner to not take any responsibility to interact with customers while they are there is just a pity. I have been a customer for probably 10 years! Outstanding service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great prices. A couple of years ago, we moved about 15 minutes away but I still bring my clothes here because they are the best!

I have been going here for years. The last few times have not gone well. I asked for a creese in my pants, they got 1 out of 4 pair done correctly. I brought in laundered shirts, and dry cleaning. They laundered one of my husband's dry clean only shirt. And 3 other items came back with stains that were not previously there. They have raised the prices and lowered the quality. How does that even work?

This is one of the best cleaners around all garments dry cleaned and pressed, the young lady at the counter that helped me was named Daniela , she was very kind and helpful and courteous and paid attention to all my needs about cleaning my clothing. The prices are very reasonable, the three coats that I took in there were cleaned and pressed excellently , Josue Rivera was very helpful and attentive and very careful with everything he was doing on the sewing machines for the alterations. I would highly recommend this place to have all your clothing cleaned and very fair prices and very fast service.
