Big Bundles Laundromat & Dry Cleaners

First time visiting, many washers were out of order and more dryers were out of order than working dryers, place is old, folding tables old, the place could really use a makeover, fresh paint on walls and folding tables, new chairs to sit on, take some of that coin money and upgrade the place

On a late Wednesday morning I just tried two previous laundromats, Sudz on Rancho/Cheyenne and Laundry Lounge on Rancho/Craig, and they were all packed with non-existent customer service. I walked into this one, my 3rd attempt, and it was blissfully not crowded. I was warmly greeted by Annie, a nice elderly Asian lady, who showed me around and broke my $20 for the change machine. She also kindly gave me a cart to use and told me how many quarters I would need for my load size for the dryer (it takes 7 quarters to totally dry a huge load, btw). She was so nice. Also, unlike the Laundry Lounge on Craig/Rancho who only gives you 5 minutes of drying time per quarter, this place gives you 7 minutes. So that's a better deal. And since it took 7 quarters for my huge loads, it worked out as $1.75 for 49 minutes. The $5 washing machines also handled my huge loads. Though I might use a bigger one for my bedding next time. So to sum it up, this place is clean, friendly, and the best laundromat I've been to thus far. They don't just have tiny washing machines, but machines of all sizes and a decent number of them. Lucky for me this place is also close to my house. This happy customer will definitely be making this my regular laundromat. They do dry cleaning here too. And to top it off, there are multiple places within waking distance to grab a bite while you wait.

It’s always so clean and nice when I come in here, but today I came in and 60% of the dryers were out of order !!!!

I was shocked after carrying in my laundry that had been washed and heading to the dryers that this little Asian lady walked and said I could not dry my clothes because those who washed would have to use them. I don’t have a problem if that is the policy, I just think it should have been posted and not made up on the fly. Needless to say I won’t be back. Found a much nicer one 2 miles away. Thank you for pointing me in a better direction.

Its ok but it will b better if it was cleaner and a little remodel ....ceiling is falling off.. lots of dust on top of the washers is just doesn't look clean..
