I can't recommend Andy's Cleaner's enough! I brought in my bridesmaid dress, which needed some delicate alterations, and they absolutely nailed it. The team was so friendly and professional, and they truly made me feel at ease during the entire process. The alterations were done perfectly and I felt pretty wearing the dress. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring the dress was just right for the big day. I was worried about how the dress would turn out, but they exceeded my expectations. Terrible experience!! My chef coats did not get thoroughly cleaned. I came back to pick up all my chef coats, and one wasn’t all the way ready, and the other wasn’t completely cleaned, so I let him keep it to keep working on it, he told me to come back on Friday to pick it up I come back he says it’s still not ready but he didn’t even bother to call me so I wouldn’t waste my time going over there for something that wasn’t ready. Then I find that the one of the ones I took back home was damaged because it was missing a button and it wasn’t missing when I took it to him. I explained that, and he still continues to charge me for his damages. I went in earlier today, and the lady wanted to go back and forth with me because I refused to pay for someone’s damages to MY clothes. So she puts me and the guy on the phone twice because he was gone. He said just take my coats and he won’t service me again. I said good because I’m going somewhere else anyways this is crazy! The lady really tried to keep one of my coats until I paid. She kept insisting that my other coat was clean when it still had stains on it, and I am like how is this clean if There’s stains on it but she kept insisting it was clean, that’s like me showing you the color yellow but I’m telling you that it’s purple but you know good and well that it’s yellow. I would not recommend this dry cleaning service at all! Its a shame because of how close the location is.

Always happy with the work we’re provided. Gained a client forever due to the efficiency, speed, and friendliness. Also, it’s a bonus there around the block from me!
