I found incredibly difficult to communicate with the staff representative here. I was in town for a convention and needed some simple pressing of my blazers and dress pants. But that seemed to be difficult to understand. Then it seemed to be a problem that I did not live in Vegas. Next it would take 5 days to get the pressing and cleaning of one pair of pants. When asking for same day or next day service, they want to charge an extra 20% surcharge. I found it incredibly and out of the ordinary and ended up going elsewhere. On a good note, the place was clean.

I was actually lost looking for the other cleaners across the street! I’m glad that happened, especially after reading the reviews! My husband’s pants were hemmed to perfection within a reasonable amount of time for a very fair price! I will be coming back! Won’t HE do it??! ❤️

Ruined my fathers jacket.,soft and new looking when I took it in. Crumpled when I got it back. They dont know materials!!!. My 1st time trying to wear it was last night. Wow. I just realized that they also Shrunk it.

They have a nice dry cleaning facility, and the owners greet me whenever I enter. I have utilized several dry cleaners in North Las Vegas and had issues with my jeans fading and shrinking. One particular dry cleaner told me to try the non-dry clean option, and that seemed to prevent my jeans from shrinking and fading. When I brought up my jeans shrinkage concern to the male owner of Smart Cleaners, he said dry cleaning would not result in my jeans fading or shrinking, and sure enough, my jeans were creased, unfaded, and did not shrink. I was torn on whether to give them a four or five rating because they seem to do excellent dry cleaning. However, their prices are high! Two pairs of jeans cost me fifteen dollars and change, and one dress shirt cost six dollars and change. I am someone who loves to dress, and my clothes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is paramount that when I drop clothes off at a dry cleaner, my clothes return to me in the same condition that I dropped them off. Based on my previously stated criteria, I must give them five stars despite their expensive service. Tip: if you drop clothes off before 10 am, they offer next-day rushed service at a 10% cost of your total order.

I resell high-end clothing and have used Smart Cleaners for our pieces that require some extra TLC. They are always very friendly and accommodating. All of the clothes I have brought to them are returned in excellent condition - looking almost brand new. I highly recommend them for any dry cleaning needs.
