I took my daughter's dress to have it cut only to the length. They didn't need to take hem or edges of anything. It cost me $50. I understand that I asked for it the same day, I paid the money. But the cost for it, is very expensive. I know the company replied to my review. That is why i wrote that I pay for it because I request it for the same day. And this is my opinion as a customer.

I would love to give more stars because they are very friendly and fair pricing! they also did a great job on the first round of hemming, but we saw the lining needed to be fixed up when I tried to pick up. safety pins were added in that moment and I was told it would be ready for pick up less than a week later. I was thrilled! however, after pick up today, I saw my dress was never touched again after I left it. the safety pins are still there and it wasn’t fixed. I didn’t try it on again in store because I knew if it wasn’t right this time, I’d take it somewhere else, so I didn’t notice until I got home. I can’t believe they even offered to let me try it on knowing they didn’t do anything. I’m just glad I have some time to get it fixed elsewhere.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience here. I was overcharged by about $60—they doubled the cost of hemming from $25 to $50 and threw in an extra $10 just to press the items without telling me. To make things worse, they did a terrible job with the alterations. One piece is completely lopsided with an uneven pattern showing two extra layers on one side (photo attached). And my other dress? Hemmed unevenly in the back, making it way too short, so now I have to buy a whole new dress. These were outfits for my bridal shower, and I couldn’t be more upset. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!

I called in the morning to verify they could do alterations on baseball pants. They told me yes so I drove down there, got my pants back in about an hour. Owners were very nice and helpful.
