Gracious Dry Cleaners

I had my mother's white jacket cleaned they got out all the stains. I was so impressed I went back because I trusted them. I just recently brought a 30 year old communion dress that had a lot of pasta stains on it. When I picked up the dress I broke out crying - they had taken out every stain. The dress looked brand new. I was so impressed!!! This business is so professional and the staff is always friendly. I will definitely be giving my business to them. They made my day. Take care.

If I could give them (minus) -stars, I would! This company does NOT know how to conduct business in a friendly, understanding manner. My husband did service on their boiler and they refused to pay the invoice, sending us a nasty rude email. They obviously wanted free service and to get that, they complained about his not being able to find the problem right away. We've been in business for over 20 years and never had this level of blatant rudeness from a customer before. I am totally disgusted with this company and will let everyone know what their lack of morals are like.

I would never go to this place again. if you see this review i’d advise never to go there and find somewhere else. This is by far the worst place i’ve ever had come across. The customer service way out of hand. At first you buy into the lovely old man at first thinking he’s very nice and the prices were high but because they’ve won awards me and my mom decided to go and bring in our moose knuckle jackets. These jackets can cost from around $1000-$2000 dollars. we brought ours in for a cleaning. he told us come back in 2-3 days. I bring the jackets home later to open them and find damage to both the jackets. We bring them back and he said that his employees must’ve put them in the wash with many others. He said that he will get them fix and for us to come back in 3 days. My mom asked what if they aren’t better and he said that if they aren’t better he will give us money in return or we will later on discuss. We come back and not a single thing has been done about it. He than says that they will do free replacing from where we got it. So we drove two hours out and they said they can’t replace the goods that are damaged and that if we went to a dry cleaning place they would have to come in themselves. We go back explain it he than tells us to get out of the store because my mom was proving him right and making sure he was put in his spot. My mom had told him that she asked him twice when we first brought them in that she would like to take the goods of the jacket. He said no and that it was included in the wash. My mom refused to leave the store because he didn’t give us anything in return even though he damaged the hoods. He then said that he was going to call the police if my mom didn’t leave. so he called the police and he started yelling at my mom and saying how my mom raised her voice first however she didn’t. My mom was obviously mad who wouldn’t be? he than proceeded to call the police and he then LOCKED us in the store just me and my mom there locked it from the outside. He comes back in saying how he can try and make something work and that he’ll think about giving us some money. i asked for 1000 because these jackets are high quality and very expensive. 1000 only would’ve covered one jacket and i was gonna let my mom by a jacket for herself while i worked to make money to buy another jacket. I’m only 15 i had saved up all my money from working to buy myself that jacket for all my hard work to get ruined. He called me a day after saying he was going to take the hoods to a professional to get them cleaned. i come back and only one of them were better while the other one was still stained. He proceeded to yell at both my parents this time and told us never to come back to his cleaners.

Very disappointed. Angry actually! I had my daughter’s baptism dress dry cleaned but never got it back. I have to admit I did forget to pick it up and some time has passed but they claimed that I did pick it up July of 2017 . If I so called picked it up July 2017 that would mean my daughter would have been not even 1 years old! Gentleman began to tell me his system is NEVER wrong!!! I laughed as my daughter communion was April 2024. I’m livid and don’t know how this can be rectified!

Gracious Dry Cleaners certainly lived up to their name today! I have been looking for some special hangers that I needed and I called, drove from an hour away and was treated with a most friendly, accommodating gentleman. Thank you so very much!
