Stop and Clean Dry Cleaners

Told me my dress would be ready in three days. Came two weeks later to pick it up and he said I needed to wait another two weeks for my dress to be clean. I said I couldn’t wait that long so he went and fished it out of a bin. He had it for over two weeks and never even attempted to clean it. AVOID if you need product as promised.

When I took dry- cleaned dress shirt out of plastic to put on, noticed there was a couple of inch tear around the pocket. They should have stepped up and mentioned it when I picked it up.

I left my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned before my wedding, as there were small visible marks on it that I wanted removed. Yes, the turnaround is quick for dry cleaning and the price is very reasonable, but $240 later, nothing changed about the dress. When picking up the dress, I reiterated to the owner if everything was able to come off, and he said yes. Unfortunately, I did not check the dress until a few days before the wedding as I wanted to keep it protected with the plastic from the dry cleaning since I trusted their word. I ended up finding that the marks I wanted gone were still there. It's as if my dress wasn't even touched. I did not go back with my dress to show them the problem as I did not have enough time left before the wedding to get this fixed. Now that my wedding has passed, I will consider any other dry cleaners to do a much better job restoring my wedding dress.
