Good story: Very rude and unprofessional. One employee said she'd clean my daughter's dress for a better rate and said "if the boss was here she'd charge you more, you're a kid and I'll give you the lower price" and added it to the receipt. The owner called back and said we were given wrong rate, I explained what the employee said so the boss would know her people were giving "deals", and thought she'd honour the price given (like Canadian law) and she escalated to yelling at me and said over and over how it "made no sense", demanded to talk to my daughter- basically accusing her of lying. Then she hung up on me (I remained calm and polite the entire exchange). I called back and told her to not touch the $450 dress, and we'd be by to pick-it up. The only positive is that she didn't destroy the dress after that call. Sadly, had she listen to me, she would have received good feedback on an employee who's messing around when she's there, kept us as customers, and not received this terrible review. Oh, and all of this was over a $15 price difference.

I have had two dresses altered here. I have also had several pants hemmed here. I used to go to Stitch It but Pioneer offers alterations for much cheaper and quicker. Great customer service, reasonable prices and quick service. Recommended.

I used them for years when I lived in Hamilton for all of my alterations and I still make the drive from Grimsby to use their services. They always do a fantastic job at a fair price and always on time. Can't recommend their services enough for all of your alteration needs

I had a closet full of suits that had been sitting there over the pandemic. Now that we’re back in office, I needed them all cleaned and looking brand new. Pioneer really did an excellent job, highly recommend!
