Riggs Dry Cleaners & Laundrette

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dry cleaning business. I brought in a set of clothes, including some delicate items, and when I picked them up, they were ruined. The worst part? They claimed that ink from one of the items bled onto my other clothes, but instead of taking responsibility, they said it was *my* fault. No apology, no offer of compensation—just a pathetic, "Sorry, not our fault." It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way when you're the one who ends up with ruined clothes. Stay far away from this place unless you want your clothes destroyed and your money wasted.

Great service. My washing machine’s faulty and I got bed linen and towels service dried and folded for £10 ready to collect in less than 2 hours on a Saturday which is great value and service I think. Very helpful advice too, regarding what could be wrong with my washing machine!

Put washing In last month 2 black bags £25 was satisfied with service. Yesterday we did same thing 2 black bags roughly same amount of clothes but we're charged an extra £10 and some stuff came back wet disappointed

Bad for parking, but the service was excellent. 2 baskets done in a day. Very much well worth it.

Lost all my clothes. Gave them to someone else. I handed in 2 weeks of laundry and they tried to give me back two old tracksuit bottoms and a couple of towels. That was 2 weeks ago. The owner seems quite relaxed about it. I've handed in a claim for compensation, but he's gone on holiday for a week.
