Bright and Clean

I use this laundromat for several years without issue, very happy with it, until... The second time the staff pulled my laundry out of the dryer and put it in a cart while it was still moist in order to use that dryer when other dryers were available. I put my laundry in another dryer and started it back up on low, only to come back and find the temperature setting on high. Ruined all my clothes that I don't really have money to replace at the moment. Funny joke! ...very funny joke. I won't be using them anymore.

Drop my clothes off here every week. I love that they use organic products and the clothes still come out smelling like perfection. Prices are reasonable per pound and they even hang dry the clothes that aren’t supposed to be out in the dryer - without me even asking. Love that and their attention to detail. Happy to support this small family run business

Always very happy with the reasonable pricing and great quality work done by Bright & Clean Laundry. We switched over from another service who was charging us an arm and a leg for pickup and drop off service, we were so happy to find a laundromat doing a great job at a fraction of what we were previously paying! Also, they usually can turn around our 2-3 bags of laundry in 24-48 hours, super fast! We’ve been using Bright & Clean for over a year and have no plans to switch laundromats. A+

I’ve used this launderette twice for pickup. The first time the pickup guy walked directly into my living room without knocking and stated “the front door was open”. The second time I feel like the costs were not transparent. I had no way to weigh my bag so I paid $30 to make sure it was paid in advance. Suddenly I received a new charge for an extra $2 bringing the total to $32 for about 20lbs of clothes. When I called it was explained that they charge $5 for separating the clothes and $2 for detergent. I was under the impression those costs were already included in the original price. Pick up and drop off was on time, however.

I have been coming to this Laundromat for many years, the machines are always clean, and in working condition. Laundry is spotless. The owner Louis, one time came to my apt. To drop dry cleaning off for my grandson, as he needed his pants for work that night. They go above and beyond for their customers.
