Clothing Care Dry Cleaners

My wife and I both had our wedding dresses cleaned and preserved here. They did a beautiful job, they were done in just a few days, and it was only $320 each. Highly recommend!

I took a pair of very expensive hand crafted Magnanni dress shoes to Clothing Care to have a heel replaced that was lost attending the Kentucky Derby a few years back. The work was excellent. I think they are better than they were new. Their artisans did an exemplary job and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Overpriced alterations and couldn’t meet their own deadline. We told two shirts requiring taking in would be complete within one week. I called on day 7 to ask if they were ready, and I was told they hadn’t been started but would definitely be finished the next day (Friday, day 8). Called around 1pm when I didn’t receive an update to ask if they were ready. I was told one shirt was complete and the other was “opened up” and being worked on. I reinforced I need the shirt for an event that night and had been told it would be completed that day. I confirmed it would be completed no later than 4pm. I called back at 4:30pm after receiving no updates, and I was told the shirts were finished but they wouldn’t be available to be picked up until the next Monday because they hadn’t been pressed. I said I needed the shirts and had to decline the pressing. For the trouble, I received a measly 10% discount and when I went to iron the shirt before wearing it that night, it was completely covered inside and out in loose threads. Will never be back to this place.

I took two pieces of clothing to be cleaned. They were done very nicely. I removed the plastic wrap from them when I got home and the cleaning fluid was so pungent. I aired out both pieces of clothing and still the stench remained. I called the store and I was told that they would reclean the items for me free of charge. I was very Happy because I don't like my clothing smelling like chemicals. They cleaned it again and the sense was still there but not as strong. I aired out the clothing for a couple of weeks and still was unable to wear them because of the stench. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the individual that I spoke to told me that he would take care of the situation. He advised me that he would send me a check in the mail for the amount of money that I paid for the cleaning. That was before Christmas. As of yet I am still waiting for my refund check. I am only writing this review so that this does not happen to anyone else. This is not good business. A good business must be honorable and do a good job with the services that they offer. This experience was definitely not worth a one-star rating.

I brought clothing care an unusual repair, it was this hardshell guitar case which works as a shoulder carry bag. I don't think I have a before photo but this is after they fixed it it was something I thought I was going to have to throw away! The zipper and inside fabric was ripped out.I bought it from a music store which is no longer in business and I don't think it could have been replaced exactly the way it was. 5 Stars!! Kent Robbins
