Martinizing Dry Cleaning

I brought in my mom’s wedding dress that had never been cleaned. I’m wanting to use some of the lace to make my granddaughters 1st communion dress. My mom passed away in 2007 and never got the chance to meet my granddaughter. Jen did an AMAZING job on the dress. The stains that were there are clean and it looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you so very much!

I was in Columbus for a special event. I needed a couple of sport jackets, slacks and a shirt pressed same day for an early evening event. My Google search led me a Martinizing cleaners on N Hamilton Rd., Gahanna. Their reviews we great! My experience was the same! My phone call prior to arrival was friendly, warm and willing to accommodate my short term request. My clothing looked great! Well done and thanks for your outstanding service!!

I would give them zero stars if that was an option! They are deceitful with their pricing. I will not patronize them again and encourage others not too as well. Quote me one price and then when I arrive charge me a higher price. And they don't list their prices in plain sight . I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau on them.

I dropped my stuff off. A list of 10 items. I had called about a specific thing I wanted done to an item of mine. I dropped all of my things off and then I went back to pick them up. It was more than I was expecting. Not due to the amount of items but the expense of said items. I had brought in pearl snap shirts along with normal button downs. I was failed to be told the pearl snaps would be almost double the price of the regular button downs. The other thing was my jeans. I haven’t had a pair of my jeans starched before. But that’s what I had called about asking if it can be done and I was told it could. And when I dropped off I asked for them to be cleaned and starched. I pick them up. They’re clean but not starched. Starching jeans has a very unique feel and look to add to the jeans. Just based on the feel of the jeans I could tell it was not done.

The worst customer service in the world! I took sequined dresses for dry cleaning. I need stains out and this is what I paid $71.55 for and was forced to pay or my “items would be kept”. She said the item CAN NOT be dry cleaned although that’s what it was taken there for. Don’t use this business. They don’t know what dry cleaning is. She admitted to hand washing because the garment’s glitter would get on her machine. If you want terrible customer service/ ineffective cleaning please go here.
