The continued service and professionalism by New Albany Martinizing staff and management is hands down 5 stars! I had an item that they recommended should not be pressed due to how the dress was structured, not only did the owner call but he provided suggestions and indicated no charge although they did attempt to press the item as desired. Have been a customer for over 10 years, they are the BEST!

This is the best dry cleaners ever. The owner is amazing. He has excellent knowledge in cleaning specialty items and always accommodates orders that are a rush. Great service and quality work. You will love this place.

This was my first visit to Martinizing Dry Cleaning and I will be a regular customer! The lady at the counter was fast and efficient, the process to drop off was easy and quick. My order was complete the next day and it looks great. Highly recommend!

Dropped off 14 pieces of Dress clothes (including suits), extremely impressed by how quickly and perfectly these were cleaned and pressed. I also dropped off a dress and blazer for my wife, a bartender had spilt something all over her satin-ish dress and blazer and we thought they were ruined. I received a call from Martinizing letting me know they needed to be hand washed and wanted my permission (of course I said yes) and they came out perfectly. Great job!
