The Manager and staff really keeps this store amazing. I’ve never seen another laundromat as incredible as Laundromax. Prices are reasonable, staff are amazing, it’s always clean, open 24/7 and man you should try their drop off service. It’s wonderful

LaundroMax is an outstanding laundry place. The facility is always spotless, the machines are modern and work perfectly, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. What really made my experience even better was the service from James. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and friendly — thank you, James! They also offer both self-service and drop-off options, which is very convenient. My clothes came back clean, fresh, and perfectly folded. Prices are reasonable, and there’s good parking available. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My mother and I use this laundry mat regularly. It’s always clean and nice. The service has always been good we’ve never had a bad experience here. I would recommend. The prices aren’t bad but we come during the night when it’s cheaper.

Kayla was great!!! She introduced herself and the establishment to us as well as the promo that you guys are running. The place is very spacious and clean with ample parking in front and back. I also love the cafe looking area. The machines are great as well as the prices so we have a new Laundromat.

Best laundrymat I have ever been to in Columbus, OH and I have lived here for 7 years. Very clean. Machines are spacious and clean you clothes very well. Open 24 hours and alot of parking out front. Definitely making this my new laundromat. I have visited 2 times now. Super friendly staff
