I’ve been using KONE Cleaners for over a decade and that’s because I’m extremely happy with their service and the quality of their work. The young lady recently made me a pillow using the same curtain fabric in our master bedroom to cover up an annoying little window. It turned out amazing thanks to her incredible skills.

Picked up several items that had been dropped off for over 5 days, unfortunately they forgot a dress that was not in the group of clothing picked up! Needed for an engagement party that evening! This provide quality work and good service. Just disappointed that they did forgot, I know I should have checked! Update: After I left my review, they contacted me and took time away from their family to go back to the store and find the dress. Their actions cement my statement that they provide quality work and now I can say GREAT service! Thank you for your focus on customer satisfaction, I recommend K-One to anyone needing Dry Cleaners.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received here 5/20/24. I took in a brand new with tags dress in and needed the zipper to be replaced as it was broken. I explained to the lady in the front that I wanted to sell the dress and needed the zipper replaced. Today I picked my dress up and not only was there a brown spot on the dress that was not previously there, but they also took the liberty of taking all of the retail tags off my dress and throwing the tags away. When I confronted them about this, they simply stated that I did not let them know not to take the tags off. It was my first time getting service with this company so I had no idea they take all tags off for any reason without notification. They never once mentioned this policy to me or asked me if it was okay with me for them to remove the tags. How is someone supposed to know that? I am livid, the removal of the tags de-valued my dress by over $300. I also would like to mention that there is about a 6 month old baby crawling all over the dirty floor as the seamstress does her job. Not only is this not safe for the baby, but also probably why they have absolutely zero professionalism. They also didn’t offer a solution or refund for their mistake. Take your business elsewhere, they do not respect their customers at all. I have attached a before and after of the tags missing. I can’t understand why they would remove them if they were in the way at all. Or at least put them in an envelope and give them to me with my dress. The zipper they put it was okay, they didn’t ask me what color I needed it to be or anything and they didn’t hide the very bottom of the zipper. They left it exposed.

I have used many dry cleaners over the past twenty six years, this place is wonderful. They are extremely professionally and really care about their work. I’m very pleased with this operation.
