Exceptional Service for the most complex situation! Dale Cleaners on Old Henderson Rd. owns this place. I do not recommend either place to anyone. In October 2018, I took a Pottery Barn braided rug to be cleaned at 1/2 Price Cleaners. I was very happy at first, although price misquoated I was happy to pay the additional, my rug looked cleaned. I get my rug home and unrolled it only to find tears. My rug is ruined. No one at the store told me it was damaged, there was no note on the receipt. Someone knew it was damaged as it was rolled up and bagged when I picked it up. I contact them and they ask me to bring it back for a claim. That is the last time I saw my rug. The owner refuses to return my calls. I have requested my rug be fixed. I have requested my money back. I have requested my rug back. Nothing. I am going to be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company. Please, if you have anything of value DO NOT take it here. Customer Service is horrible! Horrible!

Took my sons First Communion suit to get dry cleaned and Sharon was so incredibly helpful with accommodating our tight timeline. Although they couldn't get a stain completely removed (as she warned me its a possibility) it still came out great and you really couldn't tell (all white suit). 10/10 recommend I will be coming back! Thank you for your excellent service!

I was willing to try this place until I went to drop dry cleaning off only to find out they have a pay first “policy” - can you say red flag? You have my money and my clothes ! This leaves the customer with no recourse in the event they lose an item or God forbid ruin a piece of clothing. Stand up businesses don’t require you to pay before you receive a service! 🙄
