Five Star Cleaners

Just used their dry cleaning services for the first time & I was SO pleased with the whole experience! Very clean. Very professional. Very modern. Loved the drive up window. I had 3 of my husband's suits done & they looked beautiful. And it was only about $50. The women working there were nice & helped me figure out their system. Will continue using this business for sure!

Staff was sarcastic and did not exhibit a customer service attitude. It was my first time using a dry clean service, and they were not friendly or polite when explaining instructions. They did a good job on my belongings, though. Because of that, I'd consider going back since I don't necessarily need to engage with staff.

They did a wonderful job of the Michael Kors wool men’s coat I brought to them! Turnaround time was great too!! Definitely bringing my daughter’s wedding dress next week!

After being an 18 year customer, I'm extremely displeased with the changes at Five Star. First, the two women at the front are rude and not helpful. They're usually sitting at the counter on their phones. Second, I have picked up my clothing and it was wrinkled. I tried again the following week and gave clear instructions but it was wrinkled again in the second time. The new system that was placed in order to be efficient has been beneficial for late pickups. However, this location has gone from quality to quantity. I'm disappointed. Please fix this.
