Kathy's Cleaner

Here are before and after pics!! Kathy has done some amazing work for my beautiful 100% wool coat. I highly recommend her because she helped identify stains and damage. This coat is vintage and was poorly kept until it fell into my hands, very glad to see the results as Kathy did an amazing job cleaning the numerous stains and damage. Stunning and bring cash if you don't want to pay for credit card fees! Great deal here at Kathy's, especially with the amazing work done

WOW! Kathy is a magician! I had about 10 pairs of Men’s lululemon pants that had stretched out over time to the point where they didn’t fit me anymore. I was worried about taking them to a tailor because I did not think they would be able to take them in given the special tech material. Luckily I found Kathy, and she did an amazing job. She was able to take in the pants ~2 inches and was able to hide the stitching behind a belt loop. This saved me from having to buy all new pants! I will definitely be coming back for any future alterations.

This isn't the place if you have expensive dress shirts or blazers. Their dry cleaning will destroy your buttons. Unfortunately I need to find a new dry cleaner now as they ruined a few of my dress shirts and blazers... I did address this with Kathy and she claims she's not liable for buttons and the heat of the dry cleaning process will cause damage. That's completely unacceptable

I dropped off my white comforter to get dry cleaned, and Kathy told me that it would be ready in a week. I was unable to, so I picked it up two weeks after. When I got there and told her my name, she was unable to find my comforter. She said her brother was in charge of cleaning comforters and asked me to come back the next day. I finally was able to pick up my comforter. I got home and discovered that my comforter had a very intense yellow color that had not been the case prior to me dropping it off to get cleaned. It also had a very strong smell of chemicals. Once I examined the comforter, I immediately called Kathy to ask her about the problem. She told me that stains spread out during the dry cleaning process and that is the result of the yellowing. She victimized herself and even went as far to say that her chemicals are not cheap and she put a lot into the comforter for me. I have taken my comforter to other dry cleaners multiple times and this has never happened at all. I paid $65 to get my comforter dry cleaned and now I can’t even use it anymore. DON’T GO THERE!!!!!

I have brought my laundry and dry cleaning to Kathy for several years and she always does a great job. She also has done alterations for me and fixes clothes that need buttons and other repairs. She is always very friendly and courteous. The turn-around time is also great - she is often able to have my clothes ready the next day even for dry cleaning.
