Great place. There are vending machines and places to rest. There is also key cutting service in case if you need to copy a key, and an ATM.

I come from across town to do my laundry here because the girl "Hue" who manages the place keeps it clean, and has always been helpful and nice to me. I told the owner if he ever fires her I won't come back. I personally have never had an issue with the equipment or service. Thank you for your efforts and nice personality, Hue..

This was an excellent place to take care of my entire weekly laundry load. The lady is very nice and walks u through how to use the app that connects to each washer and dryer. My gym clothes did not stink after a cycle at Rainbow Laundry 👍. Also, u can fill purified water here.

I was advised by a lady over the phone that card payments would be accepted for washing and drying, yet this was contradicted when I arrived.

Place is clean. Lots of modern machines. If youre paying with credit card, its a nightmare. The app stalls constantly. I accidentally chose washer 58 instead of dryer 58 and spent 8 dollars, even though the machine was already in use. I asked for a refund, but the attendant gave me a hard time and said everyone's giving her a headache even though this was my first mistake picking the wrong machine. She told me to go on the app to get a refund instead of giving me my money right there lol. Also, I spent 2.25 on a dryer that didnt work. Didnt find out until it was done. The attendant had to put a quarter in as if she didnt believe me. Then she tried to blame the fact that the drier didnt work on me because of the increments I paid in lol. Then she only gave me 1.75 back and said 'that's enough'. Dont plan on coming back
