Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I recently went to this place with my girlfriend to have a jacket and leggings stitched up… when we arrived, it was around closing time and the woman that helped us was British, and she was just closing up for the day… I understand that they were closing. We just wanted to drop it off and leave it with her and just contact us when it was finished and we could come pick it up…She gave us a price and Took down our information… and she told us it would be about two days to get ready. That’s a great timeframe no worries we agreed to it… We waited a few days didn’t hear anything from You… So we just waited until the weekend to come pick it up… When we went To grab it just this past weekend we walked in she was helping someone to alterations… But she didn’t even acknowledge us… Nor another customer that was right behind us…. Waited about 10 minutes and she finally helped us… We asked if it was ready. She said it has been ready… When I asked her why we weren’t contacted When the repairs were finished, she simply told us that they sent us a text, but we never got it. An in turn she blamed the network…. The excuse’s provided along with the poor customer service is disappointing…. She did however charged us less than what was quoted…but I would not come back to this location.

I came to visit here for stitching and sizing . The service offered was so great and they were to patient with me. Specially mashit served me with great politness and she even doesn’t charged me for sizing . Highlu recommended to visit..

I gave two pants for shortening the legs and it was done perfectly. The salesperson whose name was Mahshid had very good attitude toward me and her good behaviour motivated me to come to this store more in the future.

Went in to ask if I can get my skirt ironed (after mine broke) before an event and the lady helped me with no problem and got it done quickly! :)

We came in to stitch it, inside Market mall to get a button fixed on my Nobis parka and Mashid was really welcoming. She was able to fix my button in 10 minutes and it looked the exact same as before. Thank you Mashid for the speedy and friendly service! Highly recommend this place for clothing alterations and they have dry cleaning as well. Also very convenient to be located in the mall.
