Good price, cleaned the garment. Other than the beading is missing off my wedding dress now. It went in with full beading and came out missing some. When I called they seemed clueless

Business description says they do wash dry and fold services but upon calling the lady answered said they don't do it. I called about two weeks before that and the lady told me it was about $45 so I'm not sure what the difference of opinion is there
