I normally never post anything but as a retired dry cleaner with over 30 years in the industry, I don’t give praise lightly but this place truly earns it. Their attention to detail, proper stain treatment, and pressing technique reflect a level of care and professionalism that’s becoming rare. The staff clearly understands garment care, fabric types, and proper handling, which gives me full confidence every time I drop something off. Zero stars. My girlfriend went to get her dress hemmed. Not only did it cost $150, they threw it in a cheap plastic bag like it was trash and pretty much ruined the dress. Save yourself some time and never go here, the service was horrible as well. If this is the job they did for a wedding I can’t imagine what they’d do to regular clothes

Best alteration skills and techniques in YYC. The price is more than justified, I can tell I’m paying a reasonable amount for Jessica’s careful attention to detail and expertise. No other alteration shop I’ve been to compares. She puts so much effort and care into every piece of clothing I’ve brought in. My clothes always come back spotless, perfectly pressed, and the alterations are done with great care and precision. Reliable, fast, and professional highly recommended! All flawlessly done! I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future alterations! ❤️

I recently took a dress in to be hemmed.....I was told the cost would be $60.00!!!!! Which I refused to pay and brought it to another seamstress and she charged me 25$. Definitely something wrong with their pricing. Oh well, they lost me as a customer.

My friend took her dress to alter and clearly they don’t know what they are doing, her dress is ruined. Poor service and expensive. VIP must mean very incompetent people!
