It's my favorite In the area I just don't like the new person they hired not sure if it's a woman or a man but whatever it was was very rude when I asked to exchange the coins that I did not use . Also I feel like they should go back to being a 24 hour laundry mat as there is not many in the area. Should have options  for food and drinks as well I miss the old snack bar they had .

Amazing staff. So helpful and friendly. And boy do they love my daughter. We drive down from upper front st. The speed queen raised prices and shaved a few mins off per .25 cents you put into the machine. So I will forever rather commute then pay 25cents for 4 mins on a dryer.... Duds and suds is cleaner and newer equipment isn't always broken down and in need of repairs and if you want it does break down they get on it quick there's always busy bodied staff running around non-stop movement and cleaning and just definition of work ethic as well as friendly personalities and then they didn't know how to find them themselves a whole group of real people person type folks.

I went to a laundromat for the first time! I can say my experience at the Duds n suds was a great one 😊 The employee (might have been the owner) was wonderful. Asked if I needed help and showed me what to do. I would highly recommend this place. The washer was only 23 minutes for both my comforters and I dried them for 60 minutes in the 30 pound dryer and they came out perfectly 😄

The down was no longer fluffy so I had to re-launder and dry it appropriately to bring it back to original condition. I would put a 2.5 star rating if possible, they were very kind and communicative and pick up and drop off was easy. However the clothes came back with stains and spots that were easy to just scratch off so it was disappointing to pay for this service and end up having to take the time to redo at least a third of the order. It seems generally they’re very good but in this case it missed the mark.

I was very impressed with their service. It was so much easier to have them come pick up my two huge comforters than try to stuff them both into my car for a trip to the Laundromat. This place is fantastic. I work a lot and laundry is the last thing I want to deal with, especially because I have to go to the laundromat. These ladies are very professional and friendly. This was my first time so I  walked in to drop off. Getting  set up was so quick and easy( they have an app too, easy to use). Turn around time is very quick. I dropped off on a Friday and was able to pick up on Tuesday (would have been Monday but it was a holiday). Pick up was just as easy and fast, ready to go packed in very clean and nice heavy duty nylon laundry bags. The young lady even carried my laundry out and loaded it in my vehicle for me. When I  got home and opened  the bags everything  was excellently folded and packed neatly plastic bags. They even pretty much had my shirts sorted by color! Can't  forget how they even had my golf shirts on hangers with plastic garment bags. I wasn't even expecting that. Clothing smelled so fresh and soft. They even got out a couple  stains that I  thought never would have came out on my golf sorts. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of everything  is excellent. Definitely going to try their delivery service next time. Absolutely will be a regular customer.

I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday and was told I could pick them up Saturday.  I let them know I was leaving for a business trip Sunday.  Mid day Saturday, my clothes were not ready and they asked me to come back Monday. I made a fuss about it because I need these clothes for my trip.   They reluctantly agreed to have them ready later that day.  They asked me to come back 3 hours later, which I did, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my clothes to be finished.  There was no apology, excuse, or explanation for not delivering the service as agreed upon.

I hate to write negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to wind up without clothes for a business trip like I would have if I had come to pick my clothes up a little later today.

I have been to many different dry cleaners in the Southern Tier. Village Valet is by far the best around! I have brought in some items where I have thought, “there is no way they will get this stain out.” They ALWAYS do! I’ve been a loyal customer at this laundromat for several years. Still, my most recent experience was so incredibly frustrating and upsetting that I feel compelled to share it with others. On this particular evening, I arrived at the laundromat at 10:05 PM, well within the newly posted hours that the last wash would be accepted until 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:05 and immediately started my wash, which aligned with the facility’s stated hours.
As I was loading my laundry, the owner unexpectedly instructed me—via the surveillance camera—to hurry up and start my machines. I complied immediately, as I’ve always respected the laundromat's rules. However, things took a turn for the worse shortly afterward.
While my clothes were still washing, a gentleman approached my car window and informed me that the owner had given strict instructions to lock the doors at 11 PM, regardless of whether customers were finished with their laundry or not. I explained that my clothes were still in the washer and that I still needed to dry them afterward. Despite my explanation, the situation escalated further.
As I was finishing up the washing, the owner began yelling at me through the surveillance camera, demanding that I remove my clothes from the washer immediately and leave the premises. I told him that I was not leaving with wet clothes, especially since I had children's garments in the load, but the owner continued to shout and insist that I had to leave, without any regard for my situation. Even threaten to turn off the light off on me, which he did.
At this point, I felt completely disrespected and mistreated. I was left in a darkened laundromat with my clothes still not fully dried, and I was told I would no longer be allowed to return to the facility. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m truly shocked that the owner would treat a long-time, loyal customer in such a way.
I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident, as I believe my rights as a customer were violated and I was subjected to completely unwarranted and discriminatory treatment. No one should have to endure this kind of behavior, especially when simply trying to finish their laundry. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this laundromat, as this experience has left me with no confidence in their customer service or professionalism.
